When I say I wouldn’t buy a house without Myrick, I absolutely mean it. From buying our first home, to building our own home he was with us every step of the way. I got to know Myrick at the gym, so I knew who he was as a person, before I knew his profession. So I was confident in working with him, because I saw how he was behind the scenes. He always encouraged me in the gym and never let me quit. He has the same attitude when it comes to the process of buying a home. Outgoing and honest! We loan hunted with at least 4 other companies. In the end we chose to go with Myrick because he put more time and effort than any of the others. All other companies just wanted to do what was asked of them, I.E. what was on the application. Myrick took the time to look at options outside the initial loan application and ended up saving us a few thousand in associated fees by presenting options we weren't looking at. On top of that he didn't rush us to provide documents that weren't needed yet. We had a lengthy buying process as the house was being built and most companies didn't seem to understand that, they would routinely request documents we couldn't provide because the property didn't exist. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with him!
