Austin Smith was my Loan Manager. From start to finish, he was present and diligent -- keeping me apprised of each and every step. It took two months to finalize, but that was due to my own credit situation which required further attention. Austin never stopped clearing the path for me. He made a scary and overwhelming process manageable for me. David Lovejoy was my processor. He, also, remained attentive and responsive. Due to an error I made - he had to go an extra mile - and I cannot accurately express my gratitude with his assistance.
