Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown

Pandemic got this bank lazy as #$@! How you have 6 staff members on the clock to cash a check here and there. The bank stop walk in at 3:00 Stated by the Manager. Yes I am the type that don't want to make a appointment Iike to walk in and if I see Noone in the bank I can get it what I want done during free time. I understand the Pandemic and everything, but doesn't matter if I have covid or not. Making a appointment is not going to stop a customer from bring the virus to anyone anymore every mask mandate have been lifted. I'm trying g to bring money to the bank nomatter if it a extra 50cent in a bank account. I see if I was trying to make a personal account I'm talking a business account. I'm staying at banks that the workers want to work these old people lazy get some young full of life in this bank. 6 people at the cash check 👎

I'm highly upset with the way I was just treated here. Lack of care and complete disrespect. I have never experienced anything like this at any other Bank. Including international banks I've dealt with. How is it that I am not allowed to cash a certified bank of America check, made out to me. All while being giving the certified check by them and their account holder and myself both being told I could cash it. I have never had this problem with with other bank and will no longer accept any Bank of America checks, personal, business, certified or money orders. They are literally hurting my business by charging their account holders a fee to create a certified check, then refusing to cash it. When it's in my name and certified funds. The attitude and smugness that came from the teller as I was politely trying to find solutions and recourse was very uncalled for. They actually lost their account holder over this. They where highly upset as well with being lied to and paying fees for something they certified and now won't cash. Bank of America lost a customer account holder today, and inconvenienced any of their other account holders who wish to do business with me, as I will not accept their checks anymore from this point forward.

I am here every morning for business deposit, the staff are so friendly and wonderful. Yes the lines can be long at times but all the tellers are extremely efficient and always have a positive attitude! Was given the option to switch to a closer bank and I declined as the staff here is a great part of my mornings!!

Wow ! Went in To replace lost card Nicole did an amazing job taking care of me . Her customer service skillls or amazing they are lucky to have her ! This bank has some great people

The drive thru is always out orden ...i deposit cash or check and always the machine take IT and after that the machine is broke...

The stuff not willing to help ,disrespectful, on all questions they say no -we can’t do this. Asked to print out summery of the account, summery of the transactions with signature stamp on blank of Bank of America and notarize one page. No , no , no we can’t do that.

Horrible parking, horrible wait, tellers don't care about you. No issues with funds in my account, no issues with me and my account. Simply issues with this location, and tellers not being customer friendly or caring to do their job. I will not be returning to this location and am considering closing my account all together. They basically told me to kick rocks and jump of a cliff, I can't have my money, their to busy. Avoid this branch at all costs. I have never had this issue elsewhere.

I had one of the rudest teller, help me realize why I rather deal with a ATM than a human. At least the ATM says hello and good evening along with your balance and available funds.

i have been going here at least once a month to cash my payroll check, which is a bank of america check. and now i go in and they say they have never seen this check and couldn't cash it because i wasn't a customer. even though its a boa check. glad wal-mart could though and cheeper to.

I do not recommend this location, or banking with BOA in general. I moved to PNC better service, better fee's and offers.
