I would not even give 1 star. People that work here are rude and unprofessional. Management is unprofessional as well and careless. Short black chunky manager with Jerry curl is pointless. Sitting there laughing with a lo there coworker for 10 minutes before greeting me. I would never step foot in this location ever again. First and last time.

This bank is not allowing me to get into my account 1 person told me it’s closed and another person told me it’s on hold I think they are playing with my money

Came in at 9:15am to initiate a wire transfer, with a previous receipt for the same recipient of the new wire transfer. I signed and left the branch by 9:40AM. As of 11:05Am the wire hasn’t been authorized or finalized. And has yet to leave my bank account. This branch is incredibly unreliable and lazy. They should not have allowed me to leave believing it was sent off, without actually finalizing the transfer. I needed this money to be sent off ASAP which is why I initiated a wire transfer. Don’t come to this branch if you want reliable customer service, or transactions to be completed in a normal time frame. As wire transfers are suppose to be finalized and received by your receiving party within 30minutes.

Way to slow.Time to move from this bank. Not very friendly

Absolutely horrible. The wait time is ridiculous for even small things. If you come here expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I would go to a different location

I and all my acquaintances to whom I told about our last visit to SunTrust in Reisterstown will NEVER use the brunch in this location anymore! Denize McIntosh who served us is absolutely unable to work. We spent 30 minutes on what other tellers took 3-5 minutes to make a small deposit and withdraw $500 in cash. She used to fool our heads for a long time, she couldn’t figure out what to do, she demanded several identity documents, first from my husband, the company president, to whom the company opened an account, then I, the company’s vice president. But this seemed to her not enough - she wanted to see our credit cards from other banks. A manager came to her rescue, who in a couple of days was to go to Green Spring bank location. Instead of helping her, or instead of doing such simple operations, he stood silently and did nothing. We have never met anyone more stupid and slow. I stopped the transaction and said that I did not intend to have anything else to do with them. There was a huge queue in the bank. Before us a woman served more than 30 minutes. Many could not stand and left the bank.

Michelle, the branch manager is excellent. Professional, articulate, helped walk through auto loan with us. Felt very comfortable asking further questions. Greeted right when we entered.

*update* it took 1 hr and 15 minutes to get one single check. This is horrible...I’ve been sitting here in line for 45 minutes and haven’t moved... I’m so confused. This doesn’t happen at other Suntrust banks

Like that branch but Dennise is terrible person she don't listen people . Jerremy got rating 10 of 5 same rating got Tateyana . but Dennise 1 of 10

I have no idea how this bank is still around. They have 1 person working during lunch hours. Waited in line for 30 min. This is just awful!
