    From the time I contacted him with interest in listing my property to the day we sat down for closing paperwork, Patrick made the process smooth and efficient. He was ready when I called to say I was prepped to go on the market, gave tips on making sure my home had an appealing look and feel so prospective buyers could see themselves creating their own memories there. He was very effective in his advice on how and when to list as well as exactly what price point we should start at and how to proceed once the listing was live. He set realistic expectations so I knew what to prepare for everything from photos to closing. Patrick was extremely responsive and diligent and helped me get my home sold without even the slightest hiccup. I have to say we absolutely had the dream team on this sale and I cannot say enough about Patrick and his team. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in the market to Patrick even especially they are looking for a headache free experience. He is a gem.

    I am a landlord renting out a townhouse that we own in Colorado Springs. The property was originally for our daughter who had moved to Colorado but she has moved out of state. We hired Muldoon Associates to help us find a tenant and help with any issues the tenants may have as we live out of state. Muldoon has been amazing. They found an amazing tenant who has paid on time and respected the property. When issues have come up, Muldoon has service people out to the property within 24 hours. The services provided by Muldoon and Associates has been outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

    I've emailed Mr. Muldoon a few times over the last couple of weeks to try and get my property rented. The last email he just didn't respond to. Highest Point responded right away, was a better price overall, and she was willing to discuss everything with me over the phone. I will be going with Highest Point! Mr. Muldoon, I emailed you the night of the 23rd saying either day would work fine for me to have a discussion. I then didnt hear anything from you over the weekend so I sent a follow up email on the 31st of Aug asking when we could have a discussion and didn't hear back, so that's why I looked elsewhere.

    Hi Jen, I'm not sure where the disconnect was with emails. The last one I sent to you was on 8/23 stating it would be no problem getting your property going in October per your request. I also suggest a time to talk on Thursday the 26th between 10 AM and 11 AM MT. Since you' were in Germany that would put it in the evening as you requested. I've resent the email for your review.     Unprofessional, uncaring, and utterly overpriced for houses that are falling apart. Daniel Muldoon won't even speak to his residents on the phone and will only communicate via extremely unprofessional emails. We've had nothing but negative experiences even since before we moved in. We've had clerical errors in our lease documents and last minute had to pay almost double what was expected to move in due to their errors after already signing the lease. We've had non-stop reoccurring maintenance issues with our home that they continue to not take seriously and charge us for. I have never felt more taken advantage of and helpless in a rental situation before. All we can do is wait out our lease and pray they give our deposits back as all the issues in the home are due to poor maintenance not renter error.

The thermostat repair we charged for was because you didn't know how to operate it and our client incurred in expense. I believe they've since even installed a new thermostat and their expense.     My fiance and I rented from Muldoon Associates for two years. The team was excellent to work with for the duration of our lease. When we signed on we were living out of state; the team was able to schedule a last-minute showing when I was in town scouting out jobs, and worked with us to process our application (and eventual deposit) remotely. Our apartment was in great shape when we moved in, and was incredibly fair priced. There were only two instances where requested repairs were not conducted as quickly as promised. Otherwise maintenance requests were usually quickly processed, and the work completed was high-quality. The team communicated with us frequently, and assistance was always readily available via phone and email--we always felt respected and looked after as tenants. When it came time to end our lease, Daniel was incredibly helpful in making our transition as smooth as possible. We have rented through property management companies several times with varying degrees of satisfaction. Muldoon Associates was definitely the best we have ever chosen. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Colorado Springs!

    I spent a year in a condo managed by Muldoon. They rarely return calls or emails. If maintenance is requested the first response is "not our responsibility". I moved out 10 days ago because the owner decided to sell the condo. I turned in keys and garage door opener prior to the lease end date, also a receipt for carpet cleaning. After repeated requests to Muldoon about me turning off the utilities in my name, I still have no response. I understand that Muldoon must do an inspection after a tenant moves but they do not respond and I do not appreciate paying utilities for a place I do not live in. Muldoon needs to improve their communication with tenants and be more responsive to their duties and clients.

    Hi Gail, I'm sorry you've experienced a lack of communication. We have a Tenant Concierge as well as a Property Manager to assist in the transition at move out. Per your lease you are to keep utils on for 7 days after move out. We've notified the owners to put the utils into their name. We do not have utils in our name. Daniel Muldoon

    My experience with Muldoon Associates was a memorable one. I initially felt overwhelmed with the thought of purchasing my first home, and juggling my military schedule, however Jesse Scott’s knowledge of the field of real-estate was very reassuring.     Muldoon Associates has done property management for me over the last 12-13 years. In this time they have never let me down and they have come through and helped me solve any challenges making it possible for me to hold onto a house that I would have had to let go of otherwise.     Scheduled to see one on their rentals, when got to property, while trying to open the door, was greeted by the new tenants. Luckily the situation did not turn into in which some got hurt. Even received a text afterwards asking how I rated the property. Tried to call no answer. If this is the way they operate would not be doing business with them. Follow up with Muldoon, things happen especially when computers are involved. Thank you for reaching out.

    I am highly impressed with the professionalism that I have experienced with Muldoon and Associates! Namely, with agent Jesse Scott. My realtor recommended Muldoon to manage my property because of the value and integrity that is offered within their property management over view. There is a SET price for single home family rentals, regardless of the size or the price of the rent. I could not believe this, until I experiences it myself. This leaves a lot of leverage for the home owner to receive what is fair/what is in the best interest of the home owner. When Jesse Scott came over to my home to do the initial consultation and walk through, he was extremely thoughtful as a subject matter expertise in his field, and had acute attention to detail. Every regard of the contract was explained to ensure to ensure that I understood every paragraph, and it as important to Jesse to for me to know all of the options available to me. I am a satisfied customer, and feel at ease knowing that my property can still continue to serve as my investment, because I am in good and capable hands. A+++ for Muldoon and Associates, and Jesse Scott! Very military friendly, which I appreciate! I highly recommend them for your property rental needs. You will not be disappointed!

    Lara is the worst concierge I have ever worked with she sat on her hands for 2 weeks after we submitted all our paperwork and then moved on a property without us even knowing because she refused to contact us back. for over a week. terrible service will never come again. Update - Just got a callback to get laughed at by carrie because she couldnt get our applications "approved" when we are staring at the petscreening page on our own computers saying the paperwork is approved. Top quality customer service here literally laughed at me.

    Daniel Muldoon has been my property manager for the last three years. I'm active duty military and was at one point stationed at Fort Carson. When I changed duty stations, I had my fair share of anxieties over how I would rent out and manage the house I owned in Colorado Springs. Enter Daniel Muldoon. Him and his team have provided outstanding customer service from the very beginning and they continue to make it very easy and simple for me to own a home several states away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo region!

    Unreliable and Unresponsive!!! October 2018 we retained Muldoon Associates to Manage our property and Jessie Scott contacted us immediately we met and did a walk through and agreed on what was needed to rent out property. We believed everything was fine until June of 2019 when we received an electric bill for our property. I promptly contacted Jessie and he informed me he no longer works for Muldoon. So I reached out via a phone call and left a voice mail. My call was not returned, I called a second time and days later my call was returned. I forwarded the bill and also set up a walk through of the property. We met in mid July for the walk through (as I was deploying to Iraq) and at that point I was introduced to our new property manager. I was told she would be handling the refund of the electrical bill as soon as the tenants paid the money to Muldoon Associates. Fast forward to the August we still have not had a resolution to the Electrical bill. We reached out numerous times to Daniel about our electric bill refund after several attempts we were told that the bill was lost and asked could we could resend so they could verify this actually happened. This is insane we have tenants and they missed a payment and even stated they missed said payment. So we resent the actual bill again. On September 10th we emailed again as we have not heard anything on the Electric bill. Kerri at this time reached out and stated I am your new property manager. On because we have reached out numerous times did we finally get a formal email that we had a new property manager. On September 28th we received our money for the above mentioned bill. We were then informed the tenants have decided not to renew there lease. At that point we decided to sell our property. We notified Muldoon in October 2019 we have decided to sell the property. So today 10/29/2019 we received a phone call from the tenants asking if they can stay in the property until 11 November 2019. We said you will have to discuss that with the property management company. They informed us that they have attempted several times to contact them with zero responses back to there requests. They also called our relator asking for help! After speaking with our relator he informed us that Muldoon Associates has terminated there contract with us as 10/27/2019. We had our relator forward us the termination email. Our tenants lease runs through 11/02/2019 under that lease Muldoon Associates represents our interest until that day. They QUIT on us! We now have tenants with zero legal representation, we have tenants with no signed rental agreement and a company that quit on us and will not respond to our needs as there actual employer, yes they work for us as we hired them to represent our interests. We received our tenants security deposit and basically are left to fend for our selves. Are tenants also informed us that they did not want to move and there original intent was to stay. But they could not get in contact with Muldoon to even try and renew there lease or even extend. Do not deal with this company! Colorado Springs has many better options. This company does not seem to have the best interest of owners or tenants. Maybe this review will get a timely response (as emails and phone calls do not), as small companies are only as good as there reviews.

    Jason, I'm not sure I can go point by point through this entire complaint but I'm going to try. The utility bill was charged to the tenants and paid in September which is reflected on your statement. I personally met with you at the property and you expressed your desire to renew the lease with the tenants. 2 of the tenants wanted to vacate and 2 were going to renew but hadn't completed an application. We cannot just approve tenants to stay unless we can confirm their qualifications because we approved them with others initially. The tenants didn't complete the application in a timely manner and you decided to sell the home. We notified the tenants you would be selling and renewal was no longer an option. We were in contact with the tenants regarding the move out and explained to them we would give them the owner contact information as part of the finalization of your account. Which we did do as of 10/28. We also let them know they would need to discuss staying the home after the end date of the lease with the owner since we wouldn't be managing the home but per the lease they were to be out on the last day of their lease. Per your management agreement the agreement is terminated as of the tenants last day. That means we have to have any owner or tenant money processed and sent to you, and the file closed out by that date since we no longer have a contract. I processed that close out as of 10/27 which was a few days before the final drop dead date of the contract. I also emailed you and Catherine today in response to the only email she had emailed me since the closing out of the account with screen shots showing the email address we had on file was in fact the email address she provided. I guess she either provided the wrong email address or changed emails at some point. I represented your interests to the best of my ability during our contract. When we met in person you were very satisfied with the house as well as our management. I'm sorry the ending of the contract didn't go as planned but I did email in advance to state that the account would be closed out prior to our final move out date. I also provide my cell phone number in every email which you called today with no number to return your call due to your location. I do my very best to communicate in a timely manner and rarely does a response take more than 1 business day. We aren't perfect but we've done what we can to insure a smooth transition for you and the tenants. Please touch base if you'd like to discuss further. Daniel Muldoon

    Daniel and his staff are very attentive and responsive. I'm an out-of-state owner and I have every confidence that my property is well managed. Every time I have a concern my questions are answered promptly, whether it's a question about the state of the property or a question on my monthly statement.
