I feel like people jump on the chance to give a nasty review when they get bad service, or encounter an unpleasant employee. However, that is not the case here, I want to give credit where credit is due. I was serviced by Casey Mealer at this branch a couple of days ago and I have to say... he was so friendly, efficient, and beyond helpful, making my experience so easy and pleasant. Thank you Casey for such great customer service, I'll be back!

My experience today was pretty awesome. Eddie sat down and helped me get my documents figured out and information corrected that I otherwise would've had to do on my own. I'm pretty grateful for his help and the overall customer service today.

Josh and his staff have been awesome. Fast friendly service and recently I had an emergency and had to wire money internationally and they were kind and assisted every step of the way. Great Job!

I always visit this SSFCU branch and never have trouble. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recently came in to replace a lost bank card, and the Member Relationship Officer Lynze was very helpful and got my new card taken care of immediately and without any hassle.

The Security Services@ Academy and constution have two really great people there, both are tellers. One is James and the other is Maddie. Both are really helpful when I stop in. I just wanted you to know that and tell them I recommend them to everyone I know. They really get 5 stars, please let them know, I've tried to let you know several times, but I guess I did it wrong.

I have been with SSFCU for 10 years now, I have always been treated good. I don't care for their phone service it's less than you would expect. But the service at this branch is pretty good, I made a bad purchase online and lost my money. I went in to get a new bank card and was lucky enough to meet up with Marilyn, she was wonderful and she helped me with my bank card and looked into the purchase that I had made and she said that we need to file a claim on this. Lucky me I know Marilyn now, she is a good banker and a great person. It's people like Marilyn that makes a difference in people's lives with the little things that she does that makes a big difference in our life's. Michael ( fred the dog )

Casey Mealer at the Academy Branch patiently and thoroughly assisted me with a discussion and research about Business Certificates for my small nonprofit. He also enlightened me about the benefits and better rates at a credit union vs a traditional bank. It is refreshing to find this level of service and willingness to spend time with a potential customer.

Casey and Reni were super helpful today. They looked into a direct deposit that wasn’t supposed to be in my account and they gave me advice on what to do about it. They were more helpful than when I called the bank and I would definitely recommend going into the branch.
