MSU Federal Credit Union E Grand River Ave, East Lansing

I've been a member since right before college, 5 years. They are outstanding. The mobile app is phenomenal, your money is always immediately available after a deposit, all the reasons you need to go to a bank are easily done online (apply for a loan, cash a check, file a VISA complaint). I recently took out an auto loan with them and they called me to make sure I was okay with the payment date, which they were fine moving up a few days so it made sense for my billing. I just love them. Never a negative experience, always made positive. I hope I always live close enough to be an active member here.

Amazing service. I went in today very frustrated and worried about a negative balance and I received the most caring service I have ever received today. She reversed many fees for me and I left literally crying tears of joy. She helped me TREMENDOUSLY when I was very scared. Thank you MSUFCU and your wonderful employees.

I work next door and know these staff members to be welcoming and able to relate to the variety of commercial and social tasks i ask of them. It's been over one year of consistent, excellent service.

Awful customer care from this institution. Do NOT do business here, they are not supportive. I quickly paid off my lease/loan as soon as this became clear. I will never do business with them again as I question their integrity.

Five star bank! Excellent customer service!

I originally opened an account here because I needed a bank close to MSU while I was going to school. This week they've proven to be the best choice. I overdrew my account because I didn't receive notifications from the app (apparently this happens when you get a new phone) this lead to five small purchases bring charged a courtesy fee. When I explained my situation through the chat, all the courtesy charges were removed!

Basically the greatest bank of all time. Low interest rates, no overdraft fees, low APR credit card, basically everything you want from your credit union.

It just has the minimum service (sometimes barely), and don't know how to keep customers happy. Some rude employees, is another thing in there
