Chase Bank E Grand River Ave, East Lansing

Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Thought we would get our power of attorney paperwork in the system. Nope your not going to keep my copies as I have other banks to give this to. Power of attorney from Arizona and another one traveling full time and not in Michigan won't work for us not when they have to come to Lansing to sign papers if approved by the bank. For gods sake the papers were written by an attorney. I walked out of this bank. Will deal with a real bank somewhere else. We are Chase Private Clients and must be the lady didn't know about that program or she was new and had no clue??? Frustrating

I did not have a account with them so$8.00 to cash a check from my employer who banks with chase bank. I dont mind paying $3.00 to cash my check but $8.00 is crazy. But someone has to pay for the CEO's lifestyle. Thats why i use credit union's for my banking

Provided picture ID as well as birth certificate and chase polices still don’t allow you to withdraw money without license. Employees are not understanding and very hesitant to help. My license is lost and replacement is on the way however, employees do nothing to help you and laugh at you while you are crying. I expressed how I needed to take the money out for rent and provided necessary documentation as well as being on camera, coming into the branch MULTIPLE TIMES for fraud and other miscommunications chase bank has had with third parties and yet they still don’t believe you are who you say you are. I’ve been with this bank for 4 years and after today I will definitely be changing to BOA. Chase does not help you when you need help.

This location is not a real branch. There are no cashiers. Its just an "online branch", meaning everything you can do online but do not know how, they will do it for you. No point going to this branch.

That Taiwan woman (maybe Chinese) working there is really, really impolite and annoying, i would never walk in chase again. Warning for someone who believe my words: Her table is right beside the windows and in front of the bank's door, and never talk with her.

I made an appointment, but when I arrived, I waited for 26 minutes after my appoint time and never got any help. Ended up leaving. Only go if you have a several hours to waste.

Card security at the front door does not work and would not let me in even after entering my card.
