BEWARE!!! I strongly advise everyone to not use this company! Mike chose to not give us the best service possible because he was more concerned about the sellers of the property. Why? Because he represents the sellers and manages their rental properties. This is called a conflict of interest. He chose to not give us (the buyers) information because he didn’t want to lose the sellers rental properties! Once he was called out on it he proceeded to get very defensive and blamed us for everything. Don’t let the shiny plaques he has behind his desk that he likes to beat his chest about fool you all he cares about is himself.

I called the courts and ask why I was being a victim since I was never notified that I had to leave and I didn’t know until the sheriffs were there I told you on three different occasions that the unauthorized occupant’s were my Disabled child’s Caregivers that are hired by the state but you still kicked me out for that.I’m pretty sure that’s discrimination against my sons disabilities. The same son you were talking about calling him bad names to the neighbors. The police contact was you moving in a bunch of tweakers and drunks that on multiple occasions chased me and my kids around with an axe, they held my sons caregiver hostage in his vehicle, and they Physically Attacked me with my 3 year old daughter standing next to me . And I can post pictures of the house before I moved in if you would like I spend a lot of money making sure my kids would be warm all winter since u could literally see out side on all but 2 corners of the house, and money I sent on exterminators because of the bug problem, my toilet never worked properly and u said that it was my fault but u moved the previous tenant out because you couldn’t fix the toilet problem. And literally sent me a text saying I’m bothering you with all the problems and your blocking my number. You also sent my info to the wrong person and told other tenants my real first and last name and was talking bad about me to them. I don’t know if u remember but that domestic violence grant that you were happy to take meant that I was there for our safety which you jeopardized. I do have proof of all this to back me up

The best property management company ever, you will meet the most unbiased people at Mountain View Real Estate. As a single mother I was singled out and believed I couldn't get a rental being a single income household. Mike was honest, helpful, straightforward and most importantly, quick! All the other rental companies (more than a dozen) I had to deal with, were more interested on making money on application fees and Mountain View Real Estate only charges what they are charged 100% transparency. The staff is very friendly, and if you ever need something tended to, they are on it. I will always go back to Mountain View Real Estate in the event that I would have to relocate, or someday buy a home, I will always referr my friends and family, because I know they will have the best experience in Renting or buying.

Mike Gottlieb Mountain View Realty has been a wonderful landlord extremely helpful when needed gets all the repairs I need done to the house done in a very timely manner and as long as you reach him during the weekday usually gets back to you the same day if you have an issue I recommend them to anyone

Mike helped us buy and sell a house last year. He showed us quite a few homes, helping us to see the joy and challenges each home presented. When we decided to make an offer on the home we eventually purchased, Mike did a market analysis for the house, helped us decide on a solid offer, and guided us through the counter offer. When we finally agreed on a price, it was contingent on us selling our first home. Mike gave us a list of things we needed to take care of around our house and helpful hints for the selling process. He came over and took amazing pictures of our house to put online. We sold our house for the asking price one week later. Mike was always professional and organized.

Michael went above and beyond helping us find our home. As first time home buyers we were nervous and had a thousand questions. Mike was extremely patient and helpful, even picking up the slack when the other parties involved dropped the ball.
