Mountain America Credit Union N 2nd E, Rexburg

I went to Mountain America Credit Union in hopes they had shared branching. While waiting, second in line, a manager approached me and asked how he could help. I asked about the shared branching service and he kindly explained they no longer had that service since the start of last year. Though he did direct me to the nearest ATM. Funny enough I've never used one before, so he was kind enough to walk me outside to it and show me how 🤦‍♂️. Very appreciative of him. Very helpful and Personal. If I lived in Rexburg I would choose Mountain America in a heart beat. Bravo to the customer service 👏👏👏

My experience with Mountain America has been a very stress free, no haggle partnership. I've reached out to Mountain America for a number of loans and they've been very good about making my payments fit with my budget. They've always offered me the best loan rates, even when they've had a promotion I was unaware of. I am with 3 credit unions and they've always offered me the best interest rates.

My experience thus far with MACU has been absolutely marvelous. Whenever I walk in, they are all so ready and happy to help with whatever I need. Their services and benefits are outstanding and they provide great learning opportunities for you to better understand what you should do with your finances. When I met with Bryce the other day, he helped me better understand what I should do to better build credit and other things as well. Great Credit Union and great service!

We showed up at 5:30pm for a car loan (the car dealership told us to), Mountain America closes at 6pm. Joshua cheerfully took care of us and completed out car loan, even though he had to stay until 7:30pm. Customer service was excellent, loan rate was excellent, and professionalism was excellent.

Definitely great experience with MACU. Shout out to Saul who went above and beyond, he helped us with our loan and he advocated for us. I felt he was genuine ion helping me through my financial situation and not only trying to upsell. He looked into every option possible for us. The place is really nice, modern looking and everyone is friendly. Very satisfied.

The rexburg bank is the worst too get ahold of. You call and expect too be waiting 45min or more too talk too someone. And if you do get ahold of someone too leave a message for a call back. Don't expect it. I'm still waiting for a call back for over 2 weeks now. Worst customer service ever. Pretty much just a bank to deposit money and use a card with no help what so ever.

The people here are great. They are very kind and helpful. They take the time to listen to your needs and give you the best options for all your banking needs. Miss Sparks and JJ Are the best Aweome they make you feel right at home when opening an account or even if you just need to ask them a question. I highly recommend Mountain America in Rexburg Idaho. I would give them a 10 for excellent service if I could.

This is a great bank. They have great interest loans that are lower than the big banks and they loan everyone the the value of there direct deposit every month with only a $20.00 charge plus the people who work there are the nicest people and very helpful. They are. the best Credit Union I have ever known.I have no plans to ever switch back to corporate bank's ever again. The corporate banks can steal your money after they have illegally stolen it and gambled it away to the betterment of the corporate leaders and shareholders and they could care less about there customers who place there money with them to cover there losses and they could give a rats behind if you lose all your money. In the last crash they caused they gave themselves a raise instead of paying the customers back they stole from them. So you see banking with a corporate banks only insure you are going to get screwed again in the next crash the bank's and the republicans cause by there greed. So if you want to keep your money safe from crooks and shareholders go check out Mountain America Credit Union and see for yourself how much better they are.
