Pawn 1 Idaho Falls E 17th St, Ammon

My brother, who lives in Salt Lake City, does Native American Fluting and Drumming. Brian from Pawn 1 sent me a photo of a very nice double flute that was available for sale. I contacted my brother and he connected with Brian who sold the flute after describing the details about the available flute. This was great service and my brother is more than happy about finding this unique flute for his collection.

I usually stop by this store 3-4 times/year because I enjoy shopping for a good deal. Their prices are mostly on the high side but not always. I have been very happy with the staff, cleanliness and the purchases that I've made.

Not really impressed with their pawn services. The employees were okay. Unfortunately when I received my item back from pawn there was a scratch in the center of my pc monitor. At first I thought it was just a fingerprint but once I got it home and cleaned it off it was obviously scratched and very visible. Not really impressed that they treated my items poorly while in storage.

There deals are garbage Wont ever go there again. The people there are not friendly and they pull sheisty moves like telling you they have something then go to get it then they tell you they put it on line and can't let you put it on lay away for 2 weeks. No wonder there successful everyone they deal with they take them for everything they have.

USED I REPEAT USED stuff at NEW pricing, also guy working the counter was arrogant. I showed him the same gun he was selling for the same price brand new, he told me go buy it elsewhere then. OK, not a problem I will. bummer deal because I really like pawn store shopping. Definitely will never go in there again.

They wanted $269 for a beat up, old Milwaukee drill set that retails NEW for almost $100 less than that! This place is an absolute joke. It wasn't a FUEL and had 3ah batteries.

Brian was amazing to work with. We were looking for a guitar and amp. He hooked them, played the guitars and found the best one for us. The amp was marked too high, he looked it up and gave us a great price. Over the top service. Thanks!

I've bought a few things from Pawn 1 in Idaho Falls. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I have bought some things that are a little expensive. They have provided opportunities to test those items and were honest about what I was getting into. I have been super satisfied with the things o have bought and the help that was afforded.

Brian knows I’m a flute player and when they got in a double flute he let me know it was there. Wonderful customer service and I’m very happy with the flute.

There was a Pawn One in Pocatello when we had lived there and the staff always treated us fantastic. We recently moved to Idaho Falls. There is a staff member there named Kali, Give her a raise, promotion, or whatever. She is extremely good to customers and her service is memorable. For the company itself-Something that stands out to me is that I moved to New Jersey for two years and I can still remember members names of your staff because of their fanatical service. Andy, Brandon, Marissa, Natalie - if they still work for your company they are staff that really make customers feel like family. They are assets to your company, great job hiring the right people.

I purchased a MacBook from here, they tried to give me a charger that was a knock off and didn't even charge the MacBook, she got another one that had an apple logo on it and plugged it in and it worked. I told them I lived in Jackson Wyoming and I wouldn't be back for a couple of weeks if something was wrong with the laptop and they told me that was fine. I charged the battery and it lasted 20 min before it was dead. I called and they told me I have till Monday to get it back and then told me I can only trade it for another one and couldn't get my money back. They are also over priced, don't go here!

Been doing trades with these,guys couple years now. The dark semi clean places have been given notice that it's possible to have a bright shiny store with great deals. The Crew here in Ammon treat you right. Just don't play led zepplin while checking out guitars....😃

So my wife and I shop at the Idaho Falls Pawn 1 more than twice a week. Between Brian, Kali, Ashley, My wife and I never stop referring people to pawn one in Idaho falls. Those three call us by name whenever we come in there. It makes us feel like we’re more than just a number. They’re great people fun to talk to. I think there’s six or seven pawnshop in Idaho Falls but there’s only one good one and it’s pawn one

Pawn 1 has to be the nicest pawn shop I've been into in a long time. It's well lit, clean, and very organized. The staff all seemed very nice, but I dealt with Brian directly. I was looking for a guitar amp and Brian demonstrated 2 separate amps for me (since I'm VERY rusty) until we decided which one was the best. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he's a bad*ss on the guitar! I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely go back!

Me and my family go in pawn 1 almost every weekend. We always find something, I absolutely adore brain! Makes us feel welcomed always talks to us c how we have been and wat we r up to.

Bought a guitar and amp for my daughter. Brian was a great help. Super knowledgeable about all the guitars, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive one, he asked if she was a beginner or if she had played and helped her pick out the proper guitar. Excellent service and prices.
