This place is amazing! I went in today to get my very first car! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming and really wanted to help me out. Martin rankin was an amazing sales man very patient and answered every single question my husband and I had. I HIGHLY recommend them! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome vehicle, and even better service! I bought my first ever dealership vehicle from Gio at this same location 5 years ago and it's never given me any mechanical problems whatsoever. Even with the older car running strong, I was in contact with one of the salesmen - Brayden - who was keeping an eye out for the exact vehicle that I was wanting, he found me the perfect fit. After multiple hours of them working with my payment options and crunching numbers as well as contacting multiple banks late at night even after closing, Brayden and Gio were able to get me approved for financing with an amazing interest rate. I went in just to look and found a vehicle. Conner was very helpful, I ended up buying a car. They were helpful. Recently I had an issue with the car. I took it into Teton Toyota and they told me that the Alternator was bad, and they called Teton Auto Credit and they said they would cover the cost of the repair. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

This place is awesome! The cars are noticeably well taken care of and in great condition. The staff is very courteous and professional without being pushy which is a big plus for me. Javier Cervantes helped us find our car. He is very knowledgeable about the cars there and helped us feel comfortable as we were making our decision. He also helped the situation alot by being patient with our young children who had to remain quiet and well behaved for a few hours. This place is awesome! I waited for a few months before posting a review to assure it was accurate. These guys are amazing! The men that helped me get into a car did everything above and beyond. And pulled through nicely at first I was skeptical with the first car I was showed, I trusted the second car more. They did so much to get me into my car I liked. Love my honda to bits. My first late payment (oops on my part) the girls moved it back that 3 days no problem. My car came with free services up to 100$ which helped with oil changes and a nail in a tire I didn't know I had! I can't even explain how much this business has been a blessing. And everytime I go in I'm asked how she's treating me and if I still love my car. The men especially Martin are always chippy, happy to talk to.

The purchase experience was pleasant enough, but the vehicle came missing a headrest, which they said they would work on finding a replacement for. Two years on, and nothing but "we are working on it" and then silence. A replacement will cost me $500.

Jeff and Martin went above and beyond to make sure we understood every part of this process! They were able to get us into a new vehicle without issue! They even explained some of the unique features! 10/10 would recommend!

The salesmen were not pushy. In fact they were extremely attentive to my want to buy a used car. The only problem was they only had one they were willing or able to work with me on. So I drove off in my old one. My credit is none to poor at best and I live on a budget. I appreciated their time as well as the fact they would be willing to finance me. The terms of the financial agreement were something that I would strongly recommend a person take their time to decide on as well as read in detail. The office was cool, my dog was even welcomed in and given a cool cup of water along side me. And though they did move some numbers around it was again only the one year,make and model. The asking price unfortunately was a couple thousand dollar's over what I was able to look up for a resale value. Had I purchased the 2006 Ford under the finance agreement. I would have paid over double its market value. But again they were not pushy. They are just very how to do salesmen that only had one car on the whole lot for sale for someone like me!

I went in there today to look around a little bit and see if purchasing a new vehicle was an option for me I have poor credit and was looking at what I could manage with a trade in , the salesman Javier was extremely nice and helpful! I felt like he was really on my time and wanted to help me get into a vehicle that I wanted and that was reliable , after shuffling some numbers for me he was able to get me into an excellent car and I couldn't be more happy I highly recommend anyone with not so great of credit and a limited budget to check in with teton auto and ask for javier he's a great guy and will go the extra mile for you

Paid 4x what our car was worth. Dishonest salesman! And the ladies in the office are extremely rude and dishonest. Ended up screwing our family over financially. We finally found a car place to work with us and get us out of this bad situation. I will never go back to them!

The negative reviews on here are completely unfounded in my opinion, and totally contradict my experiences with Teton Auto Credit. I don’t understand why people always blame the dealership when they buy a USED car form them and it breaks down. Key word: USED! It’s the buyer’s responsibility to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic that they trust and have it professionally inspected BEFORE they buy it. This is common knowledge! It’s physically impossible for a dealer to know of all of the potential problems that a vehicle may have. It’s “As is, where is.” As with any used vehicle. I have done a lot of business with Teton Auto Credit and Teton Toyota over the last few years. I’ve always had good experiences. They are good people. They will listen to your needs and bend over backwards to accommodate them.

I've bought two cars from these guys working specifically with Blake and George. These two go above and beyond to get the deal done and to ensure that is works best for me and my families needs. Definitely recommend!
