However, their positive tone gave me hope. This is the best company mortgage company by far. When I first met Robert Peck, from Mortgage solutions I was homeless sleeping in a hotel. After, about thirty days later, I was in a modern/contemporary luxury new construction in a high equity neighborhood. I had some issues toward the end of closing and Roseanne Chapman motivated me through and supplied me with hope. It was a “nail bitter” but we GOT IT DONE!!! They offered the most money and provided the best service by far!!!! Get with Rob and Rose if you want it done right!!! One shop stop for veterans!!! Don’t quit on the home buying process and BRING THE FIGHT!!!

So I thought I had a great loan company, but they proceeded to sell our loan after a year that we were never behind or late on, to a company ( BSI FINANCIAL)with terrible reviews and that I can’t even get in contact with anyone and I’ve been trying for days. Not only did they sell our loan to a company that I can’t contact. Them doing so dropped my credit a whole 75 points because the loan was closed out. I’m glad that our life is negatively affected without our decisions or say so.

Fast response initially but there after it's up and down like a roller coaster. They say it's a $1300 origination fee up front by the time we got to close it had gone up double. When asking about it they give one reasoning after another. So I would definitely watch for that. We were suppose to close in 4 weeks originally it ended up taking over 3 months to get to closing. I would recommend shopping around before settling with them. The people we dealt with are nice but policy as they say is not so great!!

I can't begin to say enough great things about Leanna Hardwick and her team. After working for months during the COVID 19 outbreak with a previous mortgage broker and getting NO WHERE... Leanna had a pre-approval for us in a few hours. We are VA and self employed, so we were definitely a challenge, but Leanna got us everything we needed at an AMAZING rate! Stop searching for the perfect Mortgage Company, because you have found it! Mortgage Solutions was beyond helpful in walking us through our 1st mortgage process. JD and his team were always available for our questions and concerns as we moved from Texas to Colorado. They always had our best interest in mind during the whole process. Our calls, emails and texts were always answered quickly. JD even was available through call during our closing when we had issues with our home builder. I can't recommend them enough. JD Peck is amazing!! My clients were working with another lender who dropped the ball...They were going to lose their house because we had to keep pushing back the closing. It sounds like this was a good company a few years ago. Our experience has not been good. A week from closing our realtor calls us about a backout clause sent to her from the lender and thought we were backing out of the deal. We were not and, in fact, were working to try to close a few days early. We've had to send documents multiple times because they say they have not received it. Every time we thought we were done they had more documentation they needed. Could not get answers from one person in particular who was the numbers person. I am not financially savvy nor do I work in real estate and would have thought a call to walk us through the numbers would have been in order but all we got were forms to sign through Doc Magic - which is not a great system. So now we are a week out and I'm praying our deal hasn't been ruined by this backout clause and also praying I have the cash at closing because I have not been instructed on that.

I used the Arlington branch. I was lied to and had my loan full of mistakes that no one fixed. The closing costs were way too high and most of it was padding their pocket. I tried to call corporate to get a solution but he called me a liar. Please don’t use this company. They will rip you off.

I have worked closely with J.D Peck & his team more than a dozen of times. Their hard work and dedication to each client never ceases to amaze me. J.D himself has unmatched knowledge of the loan process and even more so with VA loans. I have recommended him & his team to friends, family and to clients as well. First off Mark Davis was my realtor and I was introduced to mortgage solutions because it was his team and he figured they would be better. Best decision made of my life it was so easy to get approved. All we had to do was sell our home in Texas which was the only headache after that it was smooth sailing. I am very pleased with the experience that I had with Mortgage Solutions. The entire process was easy to follow and understand with Joshua Phillips. I saved over $200 doing a refinance of my property. Given our present time, that's a big savings that can go in other places. Thanks so much for your assistance.
