It took a total of 11 days from the start of the process to the time we were setting a date for closing, which seemed very quick compared to the previous experience we had. I had a great experience working with Jason Rivera! It's just so refreshing when you can talk to someone who knows what they are talking about and really goes the extra mile to help you understand aspects of the whole lending process. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get through to Jason. He was super responsive and that's something I think most folks will appreciate. You definitely don't want to be on the phone hitting numbers to get through to a person. I could phone him up and/or e-mail him and he was always happy to help clarify concerns and answer any questions I had. You definitely want to work with someone that is willing to take the time to explain the contracts and paperwork you're signing. I never once felt pressured or rushed working with Jason. With everything going on with the housing market here, I honestly wasn't even sure of what I'd be looking at. Even before I was pre-approved, Jason took time out of his day to give me an idea of the breakdown in the whole loan approval process and what the current rates looked like. Being the type of guy that likes to see the whole picture, Jason was also able to put together multiple "what if" scenarios for me. This gave me a solid idea of what range of home prices I'd be comfortable with shopping around for and also potential scenarios based on how I arranged my finances for the purchase. I called around a handful of places before reaching out to Total Lending Concepts and Jason really sets the bar high. My realtor was also happy that he was able to reach out to Jason and get quick turnarounds on things such as additional documents to provide and the like. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anybody else looking to go through the lending process!

Never once did did our loan office Mike let us down. He and the entire team there, work very hard and do a great job. We are very happy we chose to work with them. We directly worked with Mike Mattice, and he was fantastic. Couldn’t of asked for a better loan officer to help us through the home buying process. I recommend him highly.

If you want a company that literally doesn’t care about your family this is it. We put in a 60 day noticed after we found a house we really liked. We completed all the tasks that were given to us on a timely manner. We got no updates from them. After about a month and it was almost mid December turns out none of the paperwork was filed go figured! Remind you we turned in a 60 day notice by that time we had a little over 12 days remaining in our apartment. This company is full of liars and either these people who wrote these reviews are computer generated bots or I got the short end of the stick. We then decided to switch lenders because of the negligence and misconduct of this excuse of a company that’s supposed to help families. Suggest you all consider Fairway as a better company which kept me posted and was able to help me close on our house approx. 2 weeks later. I’m a active duty service member and this is how they treat families who are continuing in service. Suggest you stay away and find a better lender. If I could give 0 stars I would.
