I never expected this process to be seamless and stress free, but it was!!! My loan officer, Gene, was incredibly knowledgeable and super responsive. Each time I called, texted or emailed, he either answered immediately or got back to me within only a couple of minutes or less. That was incredible to me!! Frankly, I was very surprised to have it go so smoothly start to finish. Oh sure! There were lots of hoops to jump through, but everything was paced well and was never overwhelming. I would choose Fairway again in the blink of an eye!
