We had two experiences with Leanne in a little over one year. The first was when we wanted to purchase a town home in Kiln Creek. Leanne helped us through all the paper work. The state-of-the-art of the real estate market has become so complicated, yet she walked us through all of it. A mortgage manager pulled my credit and hasn't followed up. She sets follow up appointments and don't adhere to them. You leave voicemails via phone, email , and office peers and still don't follow up. The lack of professionalism has me baffled. Think twice on who you have pull your credit as they may not always follow the fundamental regs of follow up and reviewing your credit report with you as the consumer
