PNC Bank Town Center Dr, Newport News

Great bank but would be a plus if you were able to get your pay a day or 2 early like other banks instead of waiting until the day of your payday to get your paycheck. I just switched over from BBVA and every since the switch been having a hard time with enrolling in the online banking

Went one hour and a half to cash a check drawn on this bank . They would not cash because I didn't have a state issued identification. I had a ID card and birth certificate. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. Said this was not identification material. Wdf! Can't get to DMV to get ID. Very poor service and not understanding at all!

All employees are nice, but it seems a manager was asking unnecessary questions, the bank is a little weird. they have to prove themselves whether they're trustworthy for my money. but they were asking me to prove my business is stable ?? it's nonsense. another branches are fine, but this one is different.

This branch has no team work, no strategy nor PR in customer relations. Never have I felt so judged with my finances. I admit i am terrible with book keeping but instead of helping, their tactics are inhumane. Most of them are still operating at the era of civil war.. Definitely hypercritical and condemnatory!!!

Hours of operation are terrible. I have been living in Newport News for about 8 months now and have never been to the branch when it’s open. Every bank should be open at least one day on the weekend, and some days after five. Do they not understand that people work for a living?

I love this place. I belong to 2 credit unions and one local bank and had to get on an account with my aging mother. They bent over backwards assisting with paperwork, management and other issues that I would have had to reschedule at my CU. Their staff is the best and always ask if I need additional help. They even call me if any concerns arise. They do have a few policies that are out of the norm but they are for security reasons. If my branch was open on Saturdays they would get 5 stars.

PNC Bank at both the 701 Town Center Dr. Newport News and the Arigona Virginia Beach branches have always treated me with Respect, Professionalism, and Kindness. Thank you Ladies and gentlemen for always helping me feel Welcome. Respectfully, Robert C Folk

I tried to get some papers notarized there two days ago, and they declined it at that last minute. The employee said she could not do it because I was not the petitioner. I was irate over this since I was the respondent, and they told me that they could do it earlier that day. In the past they never declined me. Oh well..

Worst bank around to be completely honest. Worst customer service and their policies are some of the most obscure I've come across. Just taking up space that could be used by a credit union that cares about it's customers

The staff are quite fetching and super helpful and friendly. The problem is the company they are attached too. PNC Bank is just a horrible horrible bank.
