This "seamless" merger has been a COMPLETE nightmare! First they duplicated my accounts, which I was assured would not happen but it did. Then instead of just merging the 2 duplicate accounts, they decided to throw my mom's account in with it. Then they tried to blame me and claim that we had a joint account. We NEVER have. I was assured that there would be no issue with my rent that I paid prior to the merger. Guess what? I just got notified that my Venmo has been frozen because my payment was rejected due to account being closed! The hold time to get a human to get each problem fixed has been ridiculous. Especially considering that I've had to call mutiple times to fix problems y'all created. I'm just estatic at the thought of wasting another hour of my life on Monday, sitting on hold to fix yet another problem. I appreciate that I could get my car loan refinanced but I don't appreciate being lied to, repeatedly. Thanks Langley! More stress, anxiety, and problems is exactly what I needed right now. Hit that "seamless" part head on!

I’m not give a lower rating because I do enjoy banking with Langley but omg I didn’t realize how annoying and loud the music is when you’re holding. I have to keep turning my phone down and hope I don’t miss them picking up the phone. Also it keeps getting interrupted by even louder dial tone sounds in between the music breaking up. I’m only posting this in hopes that someone listens to this and actually tries to find an alternative solution to people having to hold for a rep.

I will have to find a bank that give a darn. I am TDY the closet back is 2 hours away 4 days ago I called the bank about my account they cancelled my debit card without allowing me to get money I called the bank again and they forgot to mail the card out which will mean another 2days no money..I was told the card would be here two days ago for a bank to treat a service member like this is unacceptable USAA would have NEVER let this happen to me Navy fed would have never let this happen to me I see how much you value your customers shame one you Langley fcu

I have an auto loan from LFCU and it has been a constant headache and now an extra couple thousand dollars. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are the worst in almost any aspect. Their customer service is terrible, their website is a joke, and they are the worst about making sure that you are notified of any impending changes on your loan. If you respect yourself, then use some other bank to finance a car because they are the worst bank that I've ever dealt with.

Customer service was horrible. Disrespectful agent. Alexandria was very short, sarcastic and gave me very little regard. I've been with Langley for 10 years and will transfer business to another Financial Institution. Respect was fully given to her but she did not return the same. Unacceptable!!!!!

I have tried for four days to access my account. I have talked to four different people. Used chat, and have been told two or more times that someone would call me. No one has called and I can not get into my account. I may close my account if this is the way Langley handles business. I' am very dis-satisfied!

Don’t bank with Navy Federal! We had over a $900 fraud and they denied our claim and we tried to appeal it and weve heard nothing for over a month about it and called today and they said oh yeah that was denied too.. When this happened they had to close our entire bank account. Now they said they need more proof when it’s all on the app that they couldn’t secure enough. So thanks Navy Federal Credit Union you suck. We will definitely be switching to a better bank that actual cares about and protects their service members and family’s money. I’m so glad my husband wasn’t on deployment and had this happen!!

It took a month for them to complete the initial underwriting for a sub $200k home loan, and on top of that, the loan officer, Adam Veith, has been extremely unresponsive. My family and I have been members of LFCU for awhile but they showcased nothing but incompetency and unprofessionalism.

This place sucks for active duty memebers. They will give you the run around. I was deployed and they bumped my intrestrates with out notification and it changed my payments to almost 800 and i was always late until they finally called after i got back and said your car qill be repod. Like what the hell. They added on insurance premiums of 3000 with out telling me because their machines suck and didnt recieve a copy of my coverage. They will add all day and not care. Screw this place. Stay away from them. Navy fed or usaa is the best option.

They charged me a fee after raising the price of my loan without my knowledge and not notifying me that my monthly payment had changed, and then claimed I was late on my payment because the amount had gone up.
