Moody Bank - ATM Sydnor Ln, Galveston

What happened to this bank? Everyone that was there was so sweet, now there's these new females who are downright rude. I've been coming here every week, for almost 4 years, and no i don't have an account but my employer does. For a "hometown"bank, it sure doesn't feel that way.

To counter for all the idiots that ruined this bank's rating because they're butt hurt about their gun buisness loans, I'm here to actually give a genuine and raw review. This bank has good customer service, however the ATM is out of date. They have always been pleasant to work with and is convenient for anyone who lives on the island. If you're looking for a local bank, I'd recommend this place.

The debit/ credit cards are low quality. I've had this account for too long. The site crashes more frequently than other banks. The ATMs at all locations are broken more frequently than not and if it's one of the less frequently broken ones, still much less reliable than most banks. This is a great bank for people with nothing but time to waste...

Good bank, nice people, and apparently they won't give loans to gun shops, with all the gun violence on this island i gotta say I'm preeeeetty happy about that. THANKS MOODY!

After coming here week after week,now they ask for thumb print I have check from my job where my employer has an account, I have a texas state driver's license what else do you need a blood sample, moody bank step up your customer service! before this review your at 2,3 stars 37 reviews now I give to you a 1 never will I return 😁

New account opened for my retired mother. Put a hold on a payroll check for her. I get that. But nine days?! And the check came from chase. Chase manager offered to talk with their manager to sort it out... They refused. Terrible customer service!

Denying someone a loan because it’s for a gun business, that seems low. Especially since you’re a business in Texas! How can you guys be against our constitutional rights?
