Personally, I don't know what's NOT to love! From the items to the customer service, it's all outstanding! The store is very clean and well managed. The employees are kind, respectful, fair, all of the things you'd expect dealing with a business. Their personalities are very welcoming, as you're greeted with a while each time you walk in. It's like talking to people you can trust! Tanya, Jared, Darinae, everyone is amazing there so I know I'm always gonna get treated right. You will, too! I'm here often as I prefer it over any place else because there's everything I need in one stop. Also I have children who lov LOVE this store! There are great items for EVERYONE in the family at prices you can't beat. When I need them, they are there for me when I need to pawn anything at top dollar. They always do the best, fairest thing for their costumers. Also, know they follow policy and protocol down to the letter. They make sure that all parties stay protected, and I appreciate that. Check em out! You can't go wrong! You'll just go back! Lol

What's NOT to love? MOST of the things I own come from Easy Cash Pawn and Jewelry. I'm one happy customer! I keep going back, and in sure I always will. A good business will ALWAYS keep me around! The customer service from ALL of the employees is really amazing! A bad day turns into a good one with this place. I worry less because of them and the business. I always enjoy visiting Easy Cash Pawn in Galveston. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the store . All of the employees are friendly and attentive. And the manger Mr ChaCho always haggles with me. That in my opinion is one of the most important parts of any pleasurable experience in a pawnshop.

My mom gets all the cool stuff from Easy Cash Pawn and Jewelry! They have a wide variety of all of my favorite things. I ask her to take me there everyday. Everyone is also nice to us all the time. I. I hope we go everyday.

Never shopped there, but it's where my girlfriend's stolen surfboard ended up after almost 3 months, and they sold it with that knowledge. Once we located it, we couldn't get in touch with a GPD detective until after the weekend, and it was gone by the time the cop showed up. Easy Cash Pawn & Jewelry was notified that it was stolen property and that the police would come confirm/deny as soon as possible, but sold it anyway. I understand they may have some sort of policy they adhere to, but that was a scumbag move.
