Store manager, Brandy was the absolute WORST. I did see positive feedback from a couple of years ago, but something clearly has changed. Not sure what happened, but she needs to be retrained and shown what good customer service looks like. The way she treated my wife and I was appalling as return customers. I will never go to this store again. I will be filing a complaint in writing regarding her process and our terrible customer service experience. At one point she stated I was not allowed to talk with my own bank to verify bank information on a joint bank account. She was unclear on the process much like the first experience, especially the truth and lending disclosures and made my wife feel intimidated and disrespected explaining her collections process. I had to see and hear it for myself, and it was clear that she could benefit from helpful management feedback and possibly additional training on appropriate customer service.

Go see Brandy!! She’s Always willing to help you and she’s very knowledgeable! She makes the whole process super fast and easy! Come cash your checks and get some money with her! I definitely recommend it!!!! She won’t disappoint you! 🙌🏼

Brandy has made my experience amazing today. I was actually having a bad day until I came in, she was extremely friendly and helpful and made my day so much better. I give 5 stars to her and this company.

Mrs. Brandy, I think that's the one, we went in today so upstrut about our loan payment that ended up being the banks fault, but the bank didnt care to help us, we went back to her and she insisted to help by calling the bank, we had to go to work so she said if we could come back, we were low on gas, the bank put us in negative and we couldn't afford much she went out her way to make sure we were very token care of! I will now and always do business with her from now on! I recommend this location and her! This company is very blessed to have someone like this woman working for them, this woman is a gift and an angel from God!! She is the most amazing person I have encountered living on the island by far! It's good to know that there is still good people in the world! Thank you so much!

I don’t know about anyone else’s experience but MY experience with Check N Go Galveston was fantastic!! The staff was super helpful and friendly!! The store was super clean and smelled great as well!! I will indeed continue to do business with them!! Great job ladies!!

It's very efficiently run. I Love the clerk, very professional, direct, a good people person. She makes sure I know everything about my account, my payments, how many, how long, if i want another loan, she provides every detail in a way i understand.
