Cesar at the University location is by far the most professional and most knowledgeable person to deal with , that location is the best in all of San Diego , 2014 is first time I went to that location ,great service and Cesar is very fair , when your pawning your valuables you don’t want to feel awkward and embarrassed and the whole staff there is professional and fair , I went in today and the inside had changed but everything else was as good or better than in 2014/2015. You know when you get good service , thanks !

Great Pawn Shop. Service is friendly, they've got clear-cut contracts, and have modernized the Pawn business. Also, the fact that they're open 7 days a week is super-helpful.

I talked to someone on the phone and guy said they close at 6:00pm. He said i have 15 mim.to get there. I made it in 10 minutes and they wouldnt let me in at 5:55. My guess is to my keep my items or just to charge me for another loan and finance charges .. Horrible way of doing business...

The gal that helped me was Cristina, she was super kind and understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me the best options. Would totally recommend to go there!!

Besides the fact that the employees We're completely rude and spoke and only Spanish Spanish they slow play the entire transaction so that they were closed they were closed before they completed it and couldn't pay us out after we'd been in the store for half an hour we got to the store put in with plenty of time before they closed for them to complete the transaction but they waited all the way until the very end to tell us that they couldn't do it because it was after closing by more than 5 minutes when the lady spent at least 15 minutes after she told us what she was gonna pay us for everything making up little envelopes Don't go here
