They provided excellent service, and I was very pleased with it. Because no one else might, they were willing to get me a title loan and made the process very simple.

I got type of loan from here, and the best part is that I do not have to give any security. The interest is not very high, but I think it doesn't matter in an emergency.

The company provided fast title loans. I was very happy to have received my loan only two hours after I applied.

Customer service was good, but their sign advertising “cash in under 30 minutes” is very misleading. Even though I was the only client in their Noho office, it took 1-3/4 hours to complete, even though I had completed the application online. I was overwhelmed with a lot of paperwork that required signing in at least 13 different places, with each document coming separately by email. Finally, until I complained, they were going to issue me a check (which would have been put on hold by my banks for another few days) even though their marketing documents and signs say “cash” has n the spot. Instead, a worker ran down to the bank and got the cash for me. I arrived at Montana Capital at 3:40pm and wasn’t out of there until 5:30pm—way longer than I had budgeted. Process could be streamlined. Ps They don’t tell you beforehand or state on their website that they install a FPS tracking device on your car until loan is paid off. This requires an extra trip to their office to remove it. Undesirable. Overall I gave them 3 stars. Would have been 2 stars except for the good customer service which raised it to 3 stars.
