Always friendly associates, helpful and well informed. One day I went to 5 different places to cash a check. What a waste of time, if I'd known how quick & easy Moneytree was, I would have saved time & gas. From then on it's the only place I go to cash my checks. Convenient hours with easy and most important SAFE location. Thank you Moneytree!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an establishment of business. I went there to cash personal checks I received from my boss, and because my bank was closed that day. I immediately felt judged and felt as though I was being interrogated based on all the questions I was asked by the employee. Where did I get the checks?( which I answered: work). Why did I receive them?( which I answered: for services I provide at the salon I work for). Which services cost this much money?(completely none of her business and very irrelevant). Why were the checks different amounts?(which is also an irrelevant question). When did I get the checks?(clearly the date is on the checks.) After the interrogation, she called my bosses number that was on the check. I didn't have a problem with that. Since there was no answer, the employee told me that she wanted to make a copy of my checks, so she could continue to try to call the number. Then informed me that if the person she called verified the checks, I could come back and cash them the next day. (That defeated the purpose of me being there that very moment. I could go to my bank the next day). I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with her making copies of my checks, when I clearly wasn't going to be able to cash my checks there. I also asked her for the form I filled out with my ssn on it. She didn't give that to me. She said it was their paperwork. Even when I asked for my checks back, she was very hesitant. I will not be going back to this location if this is the way people are treated there. I have never been treated like I was a criminal until I walked into this establishment. Only if zero stars was an option.
