It’s the best place to shop or to keep something safe 👍🏻 If you are in temporary need for cash you can pawn your item(s) and did I say your items are totally safe while doing so in ny business with A & V Pawn. The staff and owner are very helpful and give there best Customer Service.. it wroth the drive to come and check it out!!!!

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. They DONT VALUE RETURNING CUSTOMERS WHO HAS SUPPORTED THEIR BUSINESS and who has referred ppl to their business. I've pawned countless items with them because once I go somewhere I like to build a customer relationship & not pawn my stuff with randoms everytime. I thought they would take some of these things in consideration, I came to bring an item in, the guy who normally is in the department "won't be here for a week", so another guy began helping me, after looking at the shoes he excitedly said," these are 13's , I know he would take them how much do you want". All of a sudden he got called over by another guy on the side, had a private conversation with him and came back and said he can't help me AT ALL. Reading the reviews, another woman just had a racial/bias experience and after reading her experience it sounds VERY SIMILAR TO MINE. For me regardless if it was my skin or because I'm a woman, if you value Returning customers they should NEVER HAVE AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE ELSE HERE NOR WILL THEY GET 1 CENT FROM ME. THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! GO SOMEWHERE YOUR MONEY IS APPRECIATED!!

The bulk of our business is return customers, and that list is growing every day because we strive to offer the best customer service in the industry. While A&V Pawn strives for 100% customer satisfaction, we take every step possible to ensure that every customer is given respect, no matter their age, race, or gender. It is never our intention to deliberately turn away customers, but quite the opposite. We are always looking for ways to help new and returning customers. Unfortunately, in your case, the employee who would have evaluated your sneakers is on vacation this week and nobody else here is an expert on Jordan shoes. We did offer to have you return and have Alex, the shoe expert, re-evaluate your shoes, but I understand that would be a little too late for you. Had your shoes been in perfect condition, we could have quoted you, but when we’re dealing with signs of use like scuffs, Alex must approve them. Alex is the only one here who can determine what is an acceptable level of use on a shoe. We will use this criticism as a steppingstone to become a better store. When Alex returns from vacation, we’ll have him do some training on shoes to better assist our customers when he’s not in. Took advantage of the fact that I was a female lied and said they no longer sell the 500GB playstation 4 and I looked it up online and found it still available BRAND NEW, and tried to lowball me I took my merchandise and walked out I would never return here nor will I refer someone here the only reason why I attempted to do business with them is because Atlas loan was closed I will wait until they open.

Horrible customer service. Shawna was really disrespectful and ate her lunch behind her computer well she barked across the room to notify me they charge to test jewelery and refused to give me quote on my chain cause i did not want to let them scratch. I only wanted to hear quote on how much they pay for gold and she refused to help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I will recommend everyone to beware of this place!

Nice business but items are priced like new, some even overpriced. If I was looking to spend money on a new item I would and get that warrant as well. I will not recommend this business.
Alberto, If you find our items overpriced, I understand giving a poor review. Considering that we are a "nice business" I would hope for more than one star, but as the reviewer, that is your call. I want to invite you back. We were badly looted here, and the few items that looters did not take may have been older inventory that we haven't had time to reprice. Also, being a pawn shop, it is customary to ask for a discount, which is rarely denied. We will also try to price match prices on comparable items that you find online. I would appreciate the opportunity to earn a better review from you, but more than that, have you be a satisfied customer. Thank you for your consideration.
