The worst place, I arrived with a 14k chain and a cross with black diamonds, the guy who is at night tells me for this I will give you 20 dollars and the chain is worth 625 I do not recommend it at all.

If I can use 3 words to describe this business, I can definitely say CONVENIENT, LOYAL AND RELIABLE. Even after all the negative events this pandemic has put us ALL through, this business stands solid for it's customers and community. By far this is the only pawn shop I stay open for any needs that a pawn shop should offer. All I can say is give them a chance to help and they WILL try their best.

This is an amazing pawn shop with great people that work there! They are always helpful, respectful, courteous and care about their clients. They always attempt to find a solution and make something work especially for someone that has been a customer for years. They are fair and reasonable.

Rude service. It wasn't a good experience at all. Tried to sell something, one of the employees laughed because i apparently "don't even know what it does." I explained exactly what it did but she kept interrupting during the explanation. They later asked me how much, i told them whatever seems fair and they became more agitated after that. I was getting a lot of attitude when a simple "sorry, not interested" would have worked from the beginning. In terms of items in store, it looks decent but some things are nearly at retail price. Only a small section of the store looks neat; the rest looks like an unorganized garage sale.

I been dealing with this place for a long time never once had a problem this year was the first unfortunate my faught I didn't put my due date in my calendar as my reminder and lost the most important Rolex chain my brother gave me in the 80"s RIP bro. Unfortunately the notice had to get lost before I received it. Because everytime I receive one i put on my dresser and go to my file cabinet it was never put in my file and (can't seem to find it look all last night) pull out my ticket and pay the interest. This really hurt my heart because I know and God knows I didn't ŕecieveva notice. He did show me my name on the postal list that they sent one. But after that the postal could have made a mistake (I receive different people mail all the time.)b But its ok I can't cry over spoiled milk God got me and I will be ok. Other than that every person from back in the days to now new and old are great people and will go out there way to help you. I miss my friend 😞 that lost his life that work there the two brothers. Thank you all

What incredible customer service!! Jose was amazingly helpful. I have recommended him and this shop to friends and family! Whether they want to purchase items, sell items, or are in need of a little emergency money from a pawn sale!!

These guys seriously waste your time. I suggest graigslist over here.

Rates are higher than normal and I guess if you're selling stolen stuff to someone who doesn't care it works. I was fed B S oh how to take care of a payment by snail mail, being the only business who doesn't under computers, the only offer available, money order was said to never been received. It maybe my fault because I only speak, read and understand English

This place actually surprised me. The people there are very friendly personable and profession. They treated me with respect and at one time they went beyond their business practices to help me and benefit me I appreciated that so much I continue to do business with them to this very day.

I have been dealing with Jose with the purchasing of used camera equipment and he has been extremely helpful to me with searching their other locations for various lens and camera bodies that I have been searching for to upgrade my equipment. Because of Jose honest communication and willingness to talk to the senior manager about working out deals for me; keeps me coming back.
