Really bad customer service, I went to cash my check, and it is a guy called José, he is really rude and have no customer service skills at all. I was speaking Spanish and he continued answering me in English. I told him he was been rude and he didn't apologize or nothing, just another worker say sorry to me. I prefer the San Ysidro location better.

The Worse money tree Location in the area customer service it’s very bad and always they don’t have money to pick up from Western Union i went there to many time they told me they have only $200 to give the rest can go to another bank that’s only location do that anywhere else they have money always I was just ask for $700

I brought a check to be cashed. I verified it online and they said they had to call 3 other people and they could not get ahold of anyone. They refused to cash my check when i had verification. My family and I will never go there again.

Daughter had an account she would regularly cash at moneytree. The lady instead of cashing the check like we regularly would, took the opportunity and go out of her way to speak with her superior and crate a bogus arguement. Asked her to return the check so we could cash them elsewhere, while she intended to invasively interogate us I told her to have a good night and walked out. Went to another moneytree on palm ave where she had posted some note under my daughters account that called for me to be added to her accout for some greedy reason Im sure. It was simple she had already cashed these checks before and they have always cleared with no issue it is from a reputable party. These people are followers who care little to serve there patrons. Any shady practice any of there employees come up with they will run with without regard for what is right. Shameful!!

Spoke to Steve over the phone regarding an extra day for my check to clear and it was no problem at all! He made my day!
