Waited 15 min in front of 3 employees one who was the manager. Only to be told they don't have room to take in a bicycle.... Was told to go to a different location across town ... Save time go to ez pawn.

Went in to do some browsing. Ended up buying two things. Chris and Liz took care of us. Both were very friendly and professional. Thanks Chris and Liz!

It’s 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon and it’s closed...Saturday hours are from 9-6...caught a worker leaving and he says they closed early because they have a company banquet and were supposedlly told last minute. Thanks for putting a sign up guys! I will never use this place again!

I have to say that I have been to many pawn shops looking for tools and by far this store has great customer service. The prices are great! They will work with you on the price and this store is clean. I have returned over and over and will continue to. The managers and employees customer service is cool. I recommend!

We have been coming here for about three years now and we always get great deals. Ofelia is an awesome broker who builds great relationships with her customers and goes out of her way to give them great prices. She even called a few stores for us tracking down an antique gun I wanted to purchase. Cannot say enough about this store. They also let you call in payments which is safe during Covid. She is also willing to take your number and write down what you are looking for to make you happy. Best customer service by far. You won't be sorry! I have purchased guns here and lv purses and gold jewelry at great prices.

It was the first time I had come here, I just relocated from out of state. This move has been expensive and tough. Melissa was extremely helpful in getting me the funds I needed to get by until my job gets situated. I feel like she did her best in loaning me the most she could, and her service was friendly as well. This is also one of the most organized & clean shops I have seen. I will & would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing a little holiday cash or a good deal!

Pawned my gun here and was given great customer service by both brokers I dealt with. They did my background check to assure security and also gave me a FREE trigger safety all the bad reviews for this is non credible. They are truly amazing brokers in this establishment

Great service very helpful very friendly got pretty good prices in my opinion prices vary but I always enjoy being here even if I don’t get the price I want I still get a smiling face who tries as good as possible to help me loan items

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Can in to see if they have a charger available for my old Samsung watch. Ending up finding a couple of more things. Thanks Pete for the great customer service! I’ll be back for sure.

I was very pleased with the experience I had at money mart. Pete and Chris were very attentive and helped me find what I was looking for at a very good price and told me about more sells and I left one happy customer that I had to go back !!! Thank you money mart I was so delighted with the service that I got that I had to go again and this time miss Liz and Chris and Ben were very helpful took the time to help me find more sells explained and didn’t mind helping me look for better pricing on what several items I wanted to purchase. They also clean the jewelry that I purchase. they were all very productive and had great teamwork and I I ended up leaving with several pieces of jewelry spending $150. Very satisfied with all the pieces of jewelry that I got which were about 10 pieces. thank you money mart you guys are awesome keep making your customers very happy!!!

I've used this pawn shop for almost ten years, last couple of times I show up they have no record of me being in there system and want to offer less than what I usually borrow. They use to be good, but now it just seems like poor customer service and inexperience.

Money Mart is the place to go if you want great customer service and affordable prices. I recommend speaking with Ben he is down to earth and will spend time with you. He always go above and beyond with his customer service. Every time we go in we are always greeted by the Money Mart team. Keep up the good work :)

This store has amazing employees! They are so very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything that I am not. Store #46 has an outstanding manager named Pete who goes above and beyond to see that you walk out a very happy customer. Even now with the Covid-19 pandemic. Everyone is so very helpful on the phone. Especially the new option they have to make your extensions on paymypawn.com!!! Makes things so much easier and so much safer! This store is doing it right! Ive never left disappointed or empty handed. Thank You to all the employees and manager Pete for customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!
