The five star rating review you see are from the customers that have had a great experience and for them I am happy, however that has not been my experience when I've gone in. I've brought several high value items in and I've been low balled each time. If you want your money's worth go up the street to the Pawn Shop by Leon Valley.

Came to this location twice and got great customer service with Danny! She was quick and fast, got great deals both times. I high recommend her and her boss Orlando!

This place is great they have great prices not to mention great layaway prices also. Dany always helps me out and she is very nice along with the other staff. This is one of my go-to pawn shops for sure!

I've been here a couple of times and it's been an amazing staff. The manager is willing to work with you and is very nice. The whole staff is friendly and it makes me want to come by more often!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The person I dealt with was named Mike and he said he really didn't like to give much for computers. After some cordial negotiation we struck a deal I think we will both win on. I also bought a Tomahawk by SOG I felt was overpriced at 19.99. I offered 10 and he said okay. Good place to make a deal.

This place is pretty good I went in and apply for a firearm and it real simple. filled a bit of information, they put in order unfortunately mine got delayed but it came back a couple of days later. prices are fairly well. good job Action Pawn

Greatest experience ever.. I bought a 50 in plasma TV from action pawn and I accidentally broke the glass inside. Well when I called the pawn shop back and spoke to the manager, he sold me another TV for only $50 and threw in 25 free dvds! Now that's what you call super nice. He didn't have to sell me another TV that cheap but he did! The only pawn shop I shop at for all my needs. Wonderful staff! Super nice people. Please visit Action Pawn! Great and super good deals! This store is always busy! Which, to me, says a lot about the service and the employees. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello. I am always given the best deals and the selection is great! Aside from the savings, I really could go to any other pawn shop.. but honestly the thought doesn't even cross my mind because Bill and Amanda are what make that store worth going back for! Excellent Customer Service!

About a year ago I was looking to purchase a firearm and walked into Action Pawn. Mike and Bill lead me in the right direction and shared their vast knowledge of firearms. Needless to say 12 handguns and a year later they are my first stop. They have the best prices and amazing customer service. They also have nice jewelry and tv's. They have a customer for life, because of the superb customer service.

My experience with action pawn at 3700 NW loop 410, has been great!! The guys that work there, are the absolute best. Bill. Is one of the nicest, kindest, men there, although, I think they are all very nice.. I have been working with Bill the most, he is truly a customer's man.. He's very polite, I have noticed in this particular store, that all the gentleman that work there, are extra nice, and go above and beyond the call of duty to please their customers!! They even shake every customer's hand, at the end of every deal, now that's great customer service, I should know, I was a retail manager for30 years !! I've been buying firearms from this location for about 5 years now and I have always dealt with Mike and he is no longer there. Today I went in to sell a couple of guns ( yildiz a71 semi shotgun and a 22 semi-rifle) which in total I paid over 500 dollars for and that would be both. I went in and spoke to a lady that looked them up on the web and then proposed she could give 75 for both! I left and sadly enough I wont be going back. As you can see the great customer service was 11 months back and none recently. They need some help there because they are going to lose a lot of customers working that way.
