Great customer service, the ladies there Laura and Vivian, are amazing gals. They always get me in and out pretty quick, and that’s nice cause no-one likes waiting in line. Very friendly atmosphere, they even remembered my name, incredible. Their great at western union services as well as cashing checks and personal payday loans on approval of coarse.

So here's the scoop. I had a check for little over $4,000 that I received from a settlement and medical settlement. Last night I called and asked Walmart if they would cash the check and they said they would. This afternoon I went to cash the check and they said they wouldn't. So I started calling different places to find out how much they were charged to cash my settlement check. Everyone that I called said it would be between $280 to $360. The last one that I call was the money Mart located there in Burbank. When I arrived I went in and there was two sweet young ladies there. When was the manager I forgot her name she was Hispanic and the other lady she was Caucasian. I think I waited less than 5 minutes before it became my turn. The young hispanic girl with a later found out was the manager waited on me and I have to say she was absolutely awesome. Electric personality I like the way that she interacted with me she was she showed empathy is what is compassion while at the same time doing her job to the best of her ability. she was able to cash my check once she got all of my information from me and she was able to find the lowest rate to cash my check which was $200. I would like to say that I really appreciate her and I appreciate the fact that she took time to listen and treat me like a real person rather than just another Joe walking through the door. I live close to downtown Los Angeles on right off of Melrose and Normandy, there's plenty of cat check cashing places near me but I but I will say that next time I need this type of service I will return to this location and hopefully I can deal with the same person. I appreciate the interaction that I received today thank you very much.

Great service fast and reliable the associates are professional and friendly Lines are never long they blow away the competition. We recommend it highly if ever in the need of financial services..etc. Laura and her welcoming staff are always helpful and respectful .
