So I’ve had an amazing experience here with Jb financial always treated great and positive attitude I give special thanks to an amazing rep there named Tony he’s helped me since day one and guided me as well with always a great attitude never had an issue with them paid off my vehicle and will definitely try to do business with them again very very happy with Jb financial thank you very much for all your help and guidance ! Amazing customer service no complaints and definitely recommend!

When i saw a few bad comments i thought it was gonna be a pain in the🍑😂but one's i got their, they welcome me for been my first time and it was fast, don't get carried away, is better if u go see for your self🙂I Do Recommend it👍

I am really happy with this company they are really helpful and Jose is really a nice person. He makes you feel comfortable and able to talk with if you have any issues with your payment. I would definitely by another car and finance with JB financial again. I have had finance with other companies and had horrible experiences but with them it was totally the opposite.Thank you!

I HAD to pick a star to leave this review. If not I would have gave them a zero!! Worst finance company ever!!! Nothing but rude, uneducated and unethical employees. An absolute headache to say the very least. Even after paying off my car early, they’re STILL reporting negatively on my credit report. Which they had no right to do in the first place. I exchanged words with a few people in that office and ever since they started fraudulently reporting late on my credit. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I’m very happy to not have to deal with this financial company anymore. BUT FEEL THE STRONG NEED TO WARN AND INFORM ANYONE ELSE LOOKING FOR A CAR LOAN....LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! IF NOT YOU’LL REGRET IT.

Best auto loan company by far, that I’ve used. They’re really understanding and helpful, staff is great! I personally deal with Evelyn, and she’s been the BEST! This company has financed my dream truck, and if it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have done so. Great company!

Tony gave me nothing but good customer service. Was a very delightful person to speak to while making my monthly payments. Honestly, through my year of having business with them , he’s the only person I spoke too and will refuse to speak to anyone else because you would have that comfort while speaking to him . Never even met the man and you can feel like you know him for years !!! With this being said , the five star go to him , front desk , when you do go , different vibe . thank you TONY !

Awful people. Awful service. HIGH rates. They lie to you about the rates being as low as 2.99% but that's per DAY! These people are the reason I had to declare bankruptcy!
