Some guy stole all of my moms jewelry and when I went to try to retrieve it nothing was done

Representative was not helpful at all towards me And what I was looking for! Also hung up in my face after I wanted to ask her another question , and thank her for her help. But she was definitely rude and she sounded young.

They sell nothing but junk that people didn't want at extremely high prices. I purchased a bike, brought it home only to find that 2 of the rear sprockets were broken. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Save your money and buy your stuff from Craigslist. What a joke.

THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY. WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER NAMED RICH ABOUT IT, HE GOT MAD AND SAID HE HAS A MASTERS IN ENGINEERING LOL. I YEAH, RIGHT AND YOU WORK HERE LOL. THE ENTIRE STAFF CONSISTS OF MILLER MOTT DROPOUTS AND FORMER USED CAR SALES PEOPLE. I GOT AN EXCHANGE FOR THE CAMERA THAT I BOUGHT BUT A LOT OF ATTITUDE. I TRIED CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW HOW RUDE THE STAFF IS AND THEIR NUMBER ISNT AVAILABLE. CRAIGSLIST AND CASH AMERICA ARE THE BETTER WAY TO GO.

I've purchased a few firearms from this store and each time has been a good experience. Sometimes the selection is hit or miss but that's no fault of the store. The guns are well displayed, clean, and priced fairly.

Absolutely horrible service! Staff is unprofessional and rude as can me. Employees stand around and joke around while customers are waiting, then they don’t even look at the item you bring in and tell you “you need a receipt “. Umm News flash for you, no I don’t. You are a pawn shop. After that, then another employee walks out from the back room and wants to question you on why you didn’t take your item to another pawn shop? Ummm so is the employee trying to detour business to different pawn shops? Haha needless to say I ended up going to another pawn shop and I’m glad I did. This place is absolutely horrible and half the staff needs to be trained better or go and find something else to do because their customer service skills are pathetic! Gene’s Pawn Shop on Rivers Avenue is awesome!

The people are helpful and very business like they tried to answer every question I had and if the person I was talking to did not know they made an effort to find someone who did know. TWO Thumbs up!
