Just moved from Kentucky to South Carolina. Worst customer experience. The lady in the drive-through always makes it complicated. Back home I did not have this many issues ever. I switched to this bank back home because I knew in South Carolina this would be a great option for me because they have several locations. But after Several times going to this location I will be closing my account so I don’t have to deal with them and be switching to Wells Fargo.

Horrible customer service...I was not greeted and called to the window. The white female with the caked on make-up and brown Bob(I didn't get her name) subsequently rolled her eyes at me as I walked up; she didn't count out my cash to me and did not say thank you, have a nice day; just a half phony smile. Girl do better, not classy or professional

The worst experience I have ever had with any business. They told me 3 times they would call me back and never did. They made me call 3 different phone numbers and none of them worked. They hire people of low intelligence and when you ask for a supervisor they deny you access to one because "he is new". Put your money in a national bank, these people are scam artists.

This place is a shining example of how NOT to run a business & how NOT to give great customer experience. Literally don't waste your time because if you walk into there, that's all that will happen... Wasted time.

They go really slow here. If you’re in a rush, don’t go here. Not only that, I remember going in because I thought it would be faster than the drive thru and I was wrong. They completely ignored the lobby and catered to the drive thru. And it’s never enough people working. Go at your own risk.

Wasn’t even acknowledged when I came in, and there were no one else there. Two tellers behind the glass just on the computer and didn’t call me up there until 10 minutes later.

The tellers are SUPER nice & knowledgeable about the banking options of BB&T. I prefer banking at this particular branch!

Bad attitude from a teller during drive-thru service then went inside of the branch sat there for 45 min nobody ask if i need help or attend me. I was about to open an account with them but with this proof i need anything else to be told.
