Best decision ever! I looked up the best tax services and this is exactly what I received. Fast & Efficient work. Nice people and they give you your information when they say. Love it I will continue to work with them!!

This office came very highly recommended, so we thought we would try them out. I turned all my paperwork (returns, 1099s, whatever) a few days prior to the meeting. At the time of our appointment we had not received a call. We instead called them within a few minutes of our appointment asking the receptionist if we called in or someone called us. She told us we were going to be called. A few minutes after our appointment was supposed to start we got a call and the representative advised us he had gotten our file five minutes prior to him calling us and requested time (30 min) to do our taxes and he would call us back. We agreed, but we did not get a call until 40 minutes later. We started going over our taxes and throwing things at him as potential right offs or what have you. after speaking with him he said he had another appointment and he had to call us back. So now here we are an hour and a half into our original time being told he would have to call back because he had another appt. We called a manager. The manager said they would look into it because there was no reason for what had occurred. Again satisfied with what we were being told, nobody from management called back to tell us any follow up or reasons. the guy doing our taxes calls us back we wrap up out meeting two and a half to three hours total time wasted. Pulling teeth essentially, or that's what it felt like. Then get an email saying they needed more documents to finish our taxes because the person who was checking over everything needed more. Turns out they had the paperwork needed and the person who was verifying nothing was missing had missed the paperwork that was actually labeled as what they needed. Had me asking how much verification is actually going on. The entire experience was for not, had the same outcome as predicted but instead of only paying Turbo Tax their set fees we ended up spending about $500 more. Figured for the amount we paid we would have had better service. Use Turbo Tax, get the same customer service and do it yourself, if you ask my humbled opinion.

First, emails were sent to my ex-wife, not me. I entered my email address on the forms when I sat down in the lobby. Why have us fill out the forms if you are not going to use the information on those forms? If you see that the data in your system is different than what I wrote down, why not ask me? Furhtermore, when I sat down with my tax preparer, he again verified my email address. Fortunately, me and my ex are on good terms. Unfortunately, My tax preparer this year (Fred) did not seem very experienced. After completing my tax return in his office and leaving (thinking that I owed a certain amount), I was contacted to tell me that the filing status was wrong and that I could file as HOH. I already knew this but had not noticed that he filed as Single. I was told I would be able to itemize, but later saw that the standard deduction was used. I was told that I could submit my out-of-pocket medical expenses, but once I sent the information to him, I was unable to find them listed in my tax documents. When I questioned this, I was told that they would need to exceed 7.5% of my AGI to use them. If he had told me this in the first place, I would not have sepent the time and effort calculating the amount because I knew it was much less than that. Overall, I left wondering if I my taxes are correct or if I could have paid less. I've never left Molen & Associates feeling this way in years past. I always felt like I was getting the highest refund and all of my eligible deductions. I'm not sure that I did any better this year than if I had prepared my return by myself.

We had a complicated taxes this year. Lisa Sanders did an amazing job. We came from Illinois so she had to file those taxes for us as well. She was very thorough and even had someone else check her work to make sure she did it correctly. I really appreciate everything she did. Will definately be back and highly recommend!

We got off to a bit of a rocky start with their portal, but after some effort, that all was eventually lined out. Great service, quick process. Return was filed in 7 days and 4 days letter my refund hit out checking account. Thanks for Fredric Davis for his help and support throughout the process.
