I took a loan out, and invested the money in a bad business deal. Co-vid came and made things for me even worse for me. I was struggling to keep up with the payments, and fell behind. The young lady that worked there named Liz was very helpful. They could of taken my car, but nocked a big portion of the loan off so that I was able to pay the loan in full. Thank you Liz, and the management team at Loan Star on Veterans Memorial Dr. People that care.

Great experience I believe her name was Liz if I’m not mistaken but she was very helpful, patient, kind and was also able to get me approved great place this was my first time here and I have to say she’s amazing 🤩

When in and was attended right away. Bilingual staff on site. Very clear and clean atmosphere. Spacious and business appropriate as well as discrete for those worried about privacy. Shout out to Liz. Greeted me and assisted during the entire process. Did nor spend more than 30 minutes in there. The information and contract is easy to understand and fair. Recommend to anyone.

I've used LST over the past 7 years when times get tuff similar to the Pandemic where trying to shake off now, and I must say these employees are Amazing!! They are very professional, patient and assertive on getting guest the best loan you can get! I highly recommend them. Sidebar: There is a manager who runs the store her name is Liz. She is very Kind and Efficient which makes the loan process more enjoyable!

Liz was so helpful right before closing time, and processed my loan quickly. I would definitely look recommend, and she has such a nice smile.

The ladies at this location was amazing !!! They even assisted me in getting my title transferred and I was able to get a great loan although the title still hadn’t been transferred to my name they were so sweet and very professional
