Mocse Credit Union Coffee Rd, Modesto

I am new to Modesto and recently opened up new accounts here. They have great customer service and you do not have to wait for a long time to be helped. I highly recommend them!

I am very not happy with the loan process i just experienced with mouse credit union and their loan staff, we were quoted one % rate on the phone than another rate in person, than one week into the process the % rate went up again. At that point we stop the loan process, to us this was the typical b.s. also known as bait and switch.I definitely would not recommend them to a friend. I took my business elsewhere.

Never had anything but great service here. Friendly and fantastic staff. No fees (maybe for checks, not sure, but I don’t even use checks - so no biggie). Good apps allow you to do most everything online as well. I would highly recommend MOCSE to anyone.

Everytime I go in there everyone is very professional their auto rates are great. Never had a credit union that approved a loan in minutes and close right away. ♡♡

the app is down, I cannot get to the website and I have been on the phone for 45 minutes and counting. I get it...something is broken. A phone message to that effect would be nice - and hey I just got disconnected!@

I have had this credit Union for a couple of years their interest rates a wonderful. But the reason I'm putting 5 stars is because During the pandemic they have been very helpful in many ways they have been very understanding to my situation and that is very appreciated, so thank you very much. A big thank you to the auto loan department and supervisor for your exceptional service.

Called in because of fraud on my card. The lady said must have been something that you did. Very rude she was like bored with me. Get it together Mocse or just close your doors. Very sad it use to free like a community bank now absolutely no customer service. I really hope they see this and put their people through customer service training.

Since October 15th Mocse has been super busy because they have a new system, so the service hasn’t been the best since then. Hopefully by the time everyone gets familiar with this system it’s not this busy.

Only been with this bank for about 3 months and that’s all I need. Always a huge slow line. The ATM has been inoperable at least %75 of the time and every transaction takes days to post, it’s similar to what banking was in the early 2000’s.

Once they have your money, they will never help you again. Seem nice until ask for assistance.
