Thank you to loan officer Cole Seach for making our auto refinance fast and easy! I was working with a different CU and wasted a lot of time. I called Mobility and Cole got everything done for us in basically 24 hours or less. Now we are saving about $100 a month on interest fees and will pay the loan off 6 months faster. Very satisfied with this experience.

[UPDATE] Would like to give out a shout-out to the gentleman, Jason, for helping out and investigating into the issue. Customer service and support like this is what needs to be noted down as a standard. Of course it's still a downer that it happens, at least giving a clear explanation and a possible solution go a long way. Thanks again. [Original Comment] There either seems to be an issue in activating overseas purchases when ask to activate or it's personel issues. Two days in a row I called to have this function activated. Only half the time does it go through, and I am most definitely sure it's not the vendor's fault. The procedures to have it open are also inconsistent, sometimes they'll ask for more information, sometimes they ask for less. While I've been a cardholder here for quite some time, these recents issues are making me reconsider taking my business elsewhere. Weekend hours do not help either when my request wasn't honored and I have to wait Saturday and Sunday to re-try asking.

Went in for a shared branch transaction and they had more requirements than other credit unions that I have been to. When I questioned the teller, I got a rude response. Guess they don’t like nonmembers.

Lashundra was so helpful during the process of refinancing my car. She offered to make a few phone calls for me which helped the process go much easier for me.

I have been a member of this credit union since the 80's. They have always provided us excellent service and rates. In particular, Linda Howard is one of the best loan officers I've ever worked with there. She always handles my requests so timely and efficiently, she makes loans so easy. Not only is she good, she has a caring personality, I feel like I've known her for years. As a long time member, I'm grateful for Linda and Mobility Credit Union for my financial needs.

Mobility Credit Union has taken very good care of me and will continue to bank with them. At this time, I am frustrated with their new ATM at the Hurst location. Of the four times that I have attempted to make a deposit, it has only worked once.

Gage Hernandez was amazing! I would highly recommend Mobility CU and Gage hands down!
