Hoax of a company that infringed on my attempt/need to get student loans debt relief. They did nothing pliable for me. There were so many red flags, such as, request for and refaxing of same info, disconnects of people within the company, based on they didn't appear to know or talk to one another...and also there was rudeness and bullying, which made for extremely poor customer service wasting time and money.

This is truly a scam! I signed up for the student loan and credit repair program. After teading the fine print and my losing my job during a NATIONAL PANDEMIC, I realized that financially I was unable to continue with this. I tried to cancel within the 3 day period and got no response. Now I am legally binded in an agreement that I can't financially afford. Customer service is rude and uncaring. Shame o . acompany gor taking advantage of people.

No stars in my opinion!! They said they could help me and they haven't. I still have all my student debt and they have charged me $700 dollars so far for nothing!! I called them and they even admitted they couldn't help me on a recorded line, but that they were going to continue to charge me and that I would have to prove that I don't have government loans to them!! Isn't that what I was paying them to find out?? This company is a scam! I've tried to reach to someone higher up but they all say too bad, so sad. Can you say lawsuit??

This company scammed my family member and misused my card after she told them her situation. They talk to you real fast on the phone to get you to sign up for their program and then charge you later. It is very hard to get someone to answer your calls or respond to any complaints or questions. They always need to call you back when you tell them you don’t like the program they threaten you with the contract and with damaging your credit please beware this company will only make your situation worse.

It's a scam! They literally did nothing to improve my credit. I'm looking into a law suite and if anyone has experienced the same, please let me know.

This company is a scam. I have been making payments since January of this year and I was told it was going towards my student loan. I realized a payment was not taken out of my last paycheck so when I called I was told that I was paying a processing fee for the past 8 months!!!! Not one payment went towards my student loan and they said I never gave them documents that were requested which is a lie because I did and I have proof. Do not use this company for student loan forgiveness!!!! I will be seeking legal council to get all of my funds returned and I will only be making payments to my actual student loan company. If these people call you hang up right away they should not be in business. I wish I could give a negative star rating

Stay away! First it was 3 months to get my wage garnishment to stop. 2 and half months later saying we need more docs. Now it will be 5 more months until wage garnishment stops. Plus they added another month of forced billing paying themselves. Feels like nothing but a scam. Stealing without consequences is what I see here. Stay away.

So you get duped into signing paperwork, then they call you a half hour before they close that you had til the end of business that day to cancel. When you call the next day, customer service doesn’t like what you have to say so they simply hang up on you. So you email them that you no longer require their services and they refuse to close your account. Do not use this company.

Scam company, solicits business through relentless SMS and robo calls, denies they use those techniques, but they will contact the company that is abusing individuals. How would they know who to contact if it didn't begin with them? I am retired, why are they contacting me about student loan forgiveness? My SL's were paid off in '85
