What ever you do in life DO NOT USE Mariner Finance. What a joke, you go online to make a payment or payoff your account and it brings you in a circle which never allow you to log in. They claim there are issues but it has been that way for months. I think that they do that to so that they can charge you fee or cost you more money. I called in and I made the payment with the corp office, I called the local office at 10:30 am and no one would answer the should have been open at 9:30 am so I drove over and no one was there. The lady that took my payment was cluless about her job other that taking a payment. They report to the credit bureau as your account is closed and not paid off which will affect your credit. I tried to get some answers for the lady that took my payment and she was not nice about it. I paid off my account she talk to me as if I was a child and talked over me and not let me finish what I was asking. Her answer was to forward me back to the branch where no one was at to get my answer and I have called up there before and they have no ideal on anything. This company needs to train there employees better then what I have experience.

I received the run around for several days before receiving a much smaller amount than I was originally approved for. This was not a good experience at all.

This woman was so busy due to being short staffed and she took the time to get me squared away as quickly as possible staying late to do so and get my loan processed. her Customer Service Skills were impeccable.... Honestly, I was annoyed at the amount of time it took for someone to reach out to me after i submitted my application online, but when I got on the phone with her she was so nice and professional i literally forgot I was mad. whatever they pay her isn't enough ! Thank you

Communication was lacking. Was told I would be called several times, but it never happened. Any communication only started with me calling them every time. They, or the person that was 'helping' me, seemed to be a little overwhelmed or something. I don't know if they were new or what. Anyway, I did get a loan, even though the amount kept changing. The lady that helped me when I went in to do the paperwork was nice and was detailed about their process.

I am a 100% combat disabled veteran and I must say that Mariner Finance was an excellent company to interact with. I re-financed my loan with them and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The loan officer I dealt with was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this branch office!

I enjoyed the visit with the employees at the company. They were so happy and friendly and informative. They tried to help me the best They could. I was very impressed with the beautiful software package that they had to work on with their large screen monitor. It looked very professional and was easy for me to fill out the form with the pan and the touching the blue Area. They could not have been more helpful.
