    I had one of the best experiences buying a car over here so far! My last experience with another dealership was horrible, but this one was formidable! The prices they offer are very fair and the staff that helped me was very nice and helpful. The sales manager Jim Totten was nothing but excepcional! He was super helpful, super nice and a gentleman! I never felt pressured during the whole process, but he patiently answered all my questions and gave me his honest, experienced opinion without bias! And he really knows about cars! I will definitely be back in the future and bring my business to them!

    I believe in quality product but great customer service is always a MUST for me. This place was super easy to work with and accommodating in every way. I even got a free slice of cake & a coke :-) The team (salesman, manager, finance) worked very well together and the overall process ran very smoothly. I am more than satisfied with my son’s brand new Honda Civic Sport but over the moon with how amazing the customer service was from beginning to end!

    The entire experience was excellent beginning with Elizabeth. She is knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. She is incredibly organized and she went out of her way to secure a loaner car when the schedule for completion was delayed. Expenses were just as she outlined in invoice. The repair of my entire A/C system is great; working very well! Both inside and outside of my car were clean when finished. I am very satisfied with the service!

    Just purchased a 2022 Accord from Robert Nelson and by far, had one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had buying a car! I’ve bought many cars in my life and bought various brands including high end makes like BMW - I will tell you that of all of them, this was the best.     Bought my Accord here when it was Huggins, but all the staff is the same for the most part. One of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Did everything through email or phone. Walked in, signed my docs and everything was how we discussed. They didn't play any games. Signed and drove off. Can't beat that. I do my own oil changes and minor maintenance, but occasionally do use their service department for stuff I don't want to mess with or where they have a better warranty than the local parts stores. I've never had a bad experience. Nathaniel and Michael, the only two advisors I've had, are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Finished my front end suspension job from heck on a 2009 Honda Pilot & brought it on for an airbag recall, state inspection & alignment. I was wowed by Anthony's follow through and service. He kept me updated and really made it a pain free process. Gave me my recommendations & was informative but not pushy. I'll be back with my 95 Accord for the same services soon, Anthony made me a customer for life!

    Really neglected service. This is for Huggins Honda car service department. My wife & I bought this new Accord at this dealer during 2020 Thanksgiving Holiday. Several months ago, the tire pressure warning light suddenly came on while driving local at around 40 mph. I took the car to this dealer near 4:30pm. They told me that they are about close. But, due to the condition, they did help. About 15 munities later, they sent my car back and told me that they did not find anything wrong, and just adjusted pressure. But it happened again and again total four times. About a month ago, I bought my car back to this dealer due to same happened again (third time) while driving on high way at speed around 65 mph. Again they told me nothing wrong. When I asked how it happens again and again. The manager told me they do not know. They did not even have my previous visit record!!! Last Sunday, the tire pressure warning light came on again while on high way driving (65 mph). I bought the car to this dealer on early Monday morning, and specifically told them what it happened again and again, and asking them to pay special attention. This time, after waiting hours, they finally told me that the tire has a small nail on inner side close to edge, and has to pay more than $200 to replace that. Due to their neglected work, for a about 1.5 year old new car bought from their own dealer, a small nail bothered me 4 times, plus fearing while driving this kind car, and spent total more that 12 hours waiting time. It is totally unacceptable. At end, they even did not admit any fault. So, it is all my faults to go to this kind dealership!!!

    Excellent experience. Staff is courteous and up front with you. Didn’t have to go through the usual process of back and forth where the process takes hours while the sales person makes endless trips to the manager. Finance part was modern and streamlined. I left feeling positive about the vehicle I purchased, the deal I got, and how I was treated.

    Overall, an excellent experience. Clear and crisp explanation of options available, especially in light of limited availability of the CRV Hybrid we wanted. Kudos to the sales manager, Candy Grantham, who was very professional and helpful throughout the process, explaining the situation very clearly in terms of availability and times, and in fact went out of her way to call when it appeared that another vehicle could be available sooner than the one we were waiting for. She followed up and kept us updated - on both the vehicle and the financial aspects. The one suggestion I have is that the dealership remove the advertising claim of applying for finance online and free delivery, since that does not apply to many customers, and we have to go in to sign the documents.

    Purchased a 2019 Civic 0 miles. Never had to use the warranty. Odometer now reads 26000 miles . Minimal use , wheel bearing went out. They want me to pay 550$ for a defective part. Which is common on this civic model on the forums. I called to try to get it honored, they gave me the run around and kept transferring me to different departments. When I stated is was a common issue , I was told that’s why we offer the extended warranty , seems like if you don’t. Spend money at the service department. They won’t help you. Nobody wants to do free work.

    Not only would I recommend their used car department, I would also highly recommend their service department! Always treated like quality customers - one of the many reasons I love the Honda brand! When we initially went in we had our eyes set on a 2018 Honda Odyssey with 50k but after going through financing it just wasn't something we could afford. We found another Odyssey exactly the same with 15k more miles on it that we could afford. After test driving we realized it was the perfect car for us. Their finance department was great and not pushy for the extra warranty's; they really helped us get what we could afford. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

    Considering the current market, NR charges a reasonable dealership fee in addition to the msrp. Great inventory even during these days of car shortage. Specially want to thank our sales consultant Candy Grantham for her extreme professionalism, transparent and friendly attitude, that made our decision-making process easy.     Mike Trevino is the best salesperson and Huggins made the process very smooth and straightforward. All dealers have market adjustments and dealer adds because of the current situation but theirs was very reasonable compared to the 6 other dealers I went to around DFW. They answered any questions with no running around and just gave me exactly the details I needed. I'd buy a Honda from here instead of other dealerships even if they're longer drive.

    Best of both worlds- facility waiting area is inviting, Lots of amenities, cordial, knowledgeable staff. The Work area is state of the art- everyone I inquired about my car was either able to answer or escorted me to someone in that area is of expertise.     Elizabeth was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind!! I didn’t have an appt but she got me in. I had my alignment done with Honda and then got tires at another place. I was driving back and was flagged on the freeway because my tire looked like it was going to fall off. I happened to be near Honda so I pulled in as service was closing. A tall white man came out and although they were closed he checked out my tire and was able to tell me it was bent. I was able to go back to the other place and get it fixed. So grateful he was there so I knew what to do. Thank you!!

    Overall the service rep and work done was excellent. However the reason we brought the car in for service was to check the breaks and we were advised that the rear break(pads?) needed to be replaced. However, later we were told the breaks were OK and did not need to be replaced. If we knew that no break work needed to be done, we might not want to have had the $200+ miscellaneous multipoint fixes to be completed at that time. We we felt a little bit taken advantage of

    I have never had a car dealer refuse to mail license plates until I leased a car from Norm Reeves formerly Huggins Honda. I tried to speak with the manager who did not take the call or return the message. Buyer beware. If they are too cheap to mail plates what else can be expected?

    Aj was incredible! He may have been the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He didn't put any pressure on us to buy the car if it wasn't right. He has a great demeanor and an easy personality to relate to. The car I wanted wasn't available and I was going to settle. Aj went out of his way to locate the car and get in the shop ahead of the date I was able to purchase. Through and through Aj was a true pleasure to work with. He even came in on his day off. I also went to another dealership and came back to Honda because of Aj, I wanted to do business with him. He's an outstanding salesman and Honda is lucky to have him! If you need a car ask for Aj, honest and hard worker with his buyers in mind. Yvette on the other hand was typical car dealerships and I found her pushy. I didn't want any special extended packages and I didn't want to finance through Honda, I had private auto loan from my bank but she kept pushing. I know that's her job but it's the part of buying the car I hate and find frustrating.

    Spoke with a salesperson regarding trading in my Honda Accord. Salesperson gave me a number on my trade, which was low compared to other offers I have gotten, but refused to send me a quote to lease a brand new Accord with my trade factored in. He told me he “can’t send pictures of quotes” to which I told him that’s fine, can you email it? He never responded. Very sluggish experience as I’m looking to bring this new car home this month. Not satisfied.

    I had the worst experience here I went to get a oil change and tire rotation the next day my tire light came on I called and spoke with Richard who was my specialist told him my light came on and my rims where scratched up he told me to not point fingers…. I had just purchased my car and my rims were not scratched so after a couple of weeks my oil change light came on so I took my car back up there and Richard proceeded to come out with his manager and told me it would be a hour and a half wait when they didn’t do their job from the start I would never take my car to them again and my rims still scraped up they never even addressed that issue poor customer service….then they have the time to comment and tell you to call them but they don’t answer next I will be going to the BBB

    Great customer service. Everyone was friendly even after they were closed. We were the last customers out the door at least 30min past their closing time. Nume was especially helpful and gave a deal we couldn't resist this is driving over 150mi to the dealership from Killeen. Thanks you Nume and all those that helped up at Norm Reeves.

    Went in for my usual servicing (oil change, inspection and car wash) which was included under my maintenance package which I bought when I bought the vehicle from this dealership. Took a appointment, went in on time, waited tor 1.5 hrs, only to find that the job was not done !! They did not do my carwash and left the service mats inside (both passenger, driver side) but included that they did in under my receipt. When I noticed that my car was never washed and called in the next day they said its on paper that they did it so its done !! They didnt hear or were ready to make things right !! Totally disappointed

    After being frustrated by another dealer in the area we saw Huggins had a vehicle that we were looking for certified like the one at the other. So we stopped in. Immediately Dan (our awesome salesman) grabbed the keys and printed out the carfax for us. We looked it over while they appraised our car. We got back to his desk and they gave us their offer on ours and we had to leave to go pick up our kids from something and we texted back n forth a couple times, and came to an agreement. Went back to sign paperwork. Super simple. From stopping in to making decision was really only maybe an hour to hour and a half time. Then the wait began with the finance guy. Only one guy working I think and it was a good Saturday for them so we had to wait a little in line. But that process was also simple and went well. Highly recommend them.

    I received a letter saying my honda piolet had an air bag recall and that loner vehicles will be available for use. yet, I am sitting here at a car dealership full of cars for the next 4+ hours of my Saturday after being told they have no cars to loan out.     I called and got Francis, with sales, on the phone. He told me straight exactly how much the car we were looking at was going to cost. With one answer I knew everything I needed to know about buying our car, and this dealership. Dealing with all the run around nonsense at some other dealerships makes me crazy, its like dealing with children. That is not the case here. We also dealt with Weston in finance and he was just as awesome. WELL DONE!!!!

    I love this dealership! I go in and they recognize me right away and get to my car very fast. I go there and have it washed and they will do that for free after you’ve purchased your car from them it’s a great service. I recently had my oil changed and it was very informative when I asked them to help me with some other things as well the girl sat in the car and helped me with some of the buttons and knobs.

    This is the best dealership to go to in all of the DFW metroplex. I am a first time buyer with not the best credit score and was able to walk out with a new HR-V. This place worked with me and put half the down payment the other dealerships were asking for. I went to three other dealerships and the wanted to put me in a vehicle they picked out, wanted to much down and not able to finance and put me in a car. Huggins Honda is a place where they will work very hard to put in a new car that same day. There are no scum bag sales people here, just sales professionals. Ask for Nume if you're ready to buy a car.

    Not sure if every Honda dealership operates like this, but this one has set the bar pretty high. Always an ease when getting service done. Highly recommend Tim Kellar or Grant Schmidt as your service advisor, as nothing but positive experiences with these two. Plenty of lounge room as you wait. You can see the advisors going around to each guest, updating them throughout their vehicle’s process. All of them are highly knowledgeable and give recommendations, never pushy on unnecessary services. Always a great experience and highly recommend. I will be moving far north, but will still be coming back specifically to this dealership.

    Working with Huggins Honda was a very pleasant experience. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics. Cameron was very pleasant and patient salesman and listened and answered your questions and went out of his way to assist you. The finance department was short and sweet and provided a very reasonable low interest rate. When it came time to pick up my new car another employee Juan followed me to the car rental to turn in the vehicle and picked me up and returned back to the dealership. On the way he explain some of the features and how to use them and how to use them to your advantage.     I would highly recommend Huggins Honda if you are looking for a new or used car. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles there due to their outstanding service. I had a service scheduled on 8/17/21 and was told when booking to plan on being there all day due to my cars needs. When I arrived the young man who greeted me was very kind and helpful.     Huggins Honda was easy to work with. The salesman, Jim T, made buying a used Honda a pleasant experience in contrast to every other dealership I have ever dealt with. He was helpful, giving us options and advice, but never applying the high pressure sales techniques we’ve encountered elsewhere. The late model Odyssey was detailed and clean. We are very pleased with it, and we looking forward to many years of use like the one we bought from them before.

I called in to ask about the pricing and they provided me with the best price and it was clear from the beginning, unlike other dealerships that provide a price over the phone then add 10k once you’re at the dealership.     I just purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from Huggins Honda. This is the third Honda I have purchased from Huggins, and have always been very happy with the service and prices. I have been to the other Honda dealerships in the Metroplex, and Huggins has always made me feel the most comfortable with the least amount of pressure to buy a car. I contacted Huggins via the Internet and Candy Grantham helped me through the whole process. She is a Honda expert and I was incredibly happy with the car buying experience Huggins provided.     I had to purchase a car quickly due to unforeseen circumstances. I visited a few lots and had no success. Learned about Huggins Honda through Navy Federal Credit Union’s Truecar program. Went to the lot, met with Mike Lee car salesman who allowed me to test drive several available models and decided on one they did not have available. Went home thought about it came back and Mike was off for the day but his coworker Francis was able to help me. Both were great and very friendly. Made me feel so at ease about the entire buying process. I chose the car I wanted that had to be ordered and in addition they accepted my bank check. Which a lot of other dealerships did not want to accept. The finance department was not pushy and showed me the extended warranty options they had available which I inquired about.     I recently purchased a 2021 Ridgeline Black Edition. I had been looking around at a number of Honda dealers in the DFW area for the last 5 months.....waiting for the right time. Huggins made the buying experience low pressure and provided me with upfront pricing from day one. Some of the other dealers were adding about a 10 percent market adjustment to the price right off the bat. On top of that, they were charging a premium for basic items, wheel locks, front door window tinting, floor mats, etc. Total hogwash in my opinion. Huggins did none of those things, no market adjustment, no overpriced accessories, just a fair price for my Ridgeline.

    Very professional and courteous. Wait time for oil change tire rotation was about an hour and a half. The dealership was extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing I suggest, is take your own food and drink. I will be going back to this dealership not only to get service but to buy my next car. The only thing I suggest is to take your own food and drink. It is extremely expensive and not good.

    my only issue with them is their service department. Their techs don't do multi point inspections during service. if you tell them to change out the brakes, that is all they will do, they wont check whether the fluid levels are good, whether the rotors are good etc. you'll literally have an engine service light on and they wouldn't care, they'll just do what their scope of work details. take a little bit of initiative guys, multi point inspecs means more money for you

I had occasion recently to visit for and oil change. The name has changed to Norm Reeves Honda but I was delighted to find the same excellent customer experience.

    Customer service was great and my car service was completed promptly (I was impressed). The only downside is that my car also needed diagnostics for which there was a big backlog. I guess this is not the dealer’s fault per se given the current market situation with used/new car inventory.

    If you’re looking for a Honda, look no further! We quote shopped all around DFW so you won’t have to. Take my word when I say it doesn’t get better than HUGGINS HONDA! Cameron, Aaron, AJ and their finance manager were amazing. I truly enjoyed my experience. My husband and I truly enjoyed this process and want to thank Huggins for being an honest company someone in the market for a vehicle can trust. Huggins is truly breaking down the negative stigmas around what a "car salesperson" is!     Everything was good. The agent who helped me was very kind and heldul and the waiting area is cool cause you can see your car other aide of the glass. but the technician scratched 2 of my wheels/rims. This was my first brand new car. took good care of it for almost 3 years. Just to have it scratched by a technician. I dont even want it washed by anyone but me. Thats why i know every detail in this car.

    My car brand new. I don't have kids. No one or anything has been in the backseat. When my car was ready for pickup, there was a car seat imprint on my leather seats in the back. Secondly, I was getting told different days to pick up my car (ex. Tim would call me and tell me it was ready Friday then Friday would come with no call and get finally contact me & me told Monday that I would get it Tuesday.) That went on for about a month. Even with all of the delays, I personally feel my rep was driving in my car for purposes other than business related because I can't understand why a car seat was put in my car. Or even not a car seat whatever was placed in my backseat left imprints on my leather which couldn’t be from me. Very unprofessional, bad communication and will not be getting anymore of my business! Be mindful they tell you that they drive your car so I guess it can be for personal or business!

    Silverio is an amazing associate. He is always professional, super knowledgeable, and walks me through things step by step.     I came in today looking for an a/c repair and walked out with a brand new Honda! Minh Nguyen helped me out with finding the right vehicle for me within my price range. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me by giving my his insights on the vehicles and telling me which were better in his opinion. If you are in need of a new vehicle, definitely go here because they aren't charging higher prices like the rest of the dealerships. Make sure to ask for Minh, he will find you the right car at an affordable price. (Make sure you try the club sandwich, also ask Minh to get you some floor mats)

    I received excellent service from Norm Reeves Honda today. I originally had an appt. on June 1st to get the state inspection on my 2014 Honda Civic. However, due to a family emergency that week, the appt. had to be canceled and rescheduled for a later date. I saw the coupon for the state inspection was expiring on June 18th, so I called to get an appt. Customer Service (Cree) was able to schedule a “same day” appt. on June 17th. I came in today and met with my service rep, Tim Hellar at 2:45 p.m. He took care of me! The state inspection, along with the exterior wash and interior vacuuming, had been successfully completed by 4:00 p.m. I was very pleased with the service and time it took.

    This was the 6th car lot I visited before buying. I loved this place so much that I bought two cars. The first thing that caught my eye was the diversity of their inventory. They had every make, model, color, and trim package I could think to ask for. The thing that drew me in was that our salesperson was straight forward, worked with us on the numbers, and helped us shop until we found the exact cars we wanted. He didn't try to push or pressure us, and we felt like he did genuinely care about getting us into a car that matched our financial capabilities and lifestyle. He was patient and well informed. I feel like I walked out with a square deal and not like I'd gotten pushed into a bad deal by a fast talker. I'd definitely recommend Huggins Honda (and specifically Milton) to anyone looking to buy a new car. Updated 12/27/2021: Buying a car here was a great experience, so I thought that I wanted to buy again from here when the time came. So I also bought the service package for both of my new vehicles, thinking that having all of the service records here would make trade-in a little easier. Dealing with the service center has NOT been the same experience. Bringing either of my cars in for anything outside of the usual oil changes has just been a headache. It seems like they really care about their customers until they get their money, and then the customer service goes sour.

    Purchased a brand new 2022 Accord. Needed to get an estimate for tires. Spoke with a lady in service. Very condescending and unwilling to help. I told her I did not have the car with me and she told me there was nothing she could do for me even though I purchased the car from the Huggins Honda location. You can’t tell me you sold me a car and not have any information about the car that was in your inventory only 3 months ago.

    The Costco Auto Buying program made the process of purchasing a new vehicle easier but the fact that Norm Reeves Honda installs Lo Jack on every vehicle and forces the customer to buy it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Nearly $1800.00 and it's only good for 3 years.

    If I didn't call the guy who sold us the car, we would have had to pay $250 for a new battery! This is suppose to be a certified car, so the battery should have been replaced before we bought the car, since it's the original battery, plus it was the low jack that caused the battery to get low and since y'all have so many issues with Piliots and low jacks, why didn't you replace the low jack because we bought the car? Another thing, I thought certified meant that the car has never been in a accident! Why is there a collision sticker on the car?

    My brand new car came with dirt and debris stuck within the fresh tinted windows. First time customer of Norm Reeves and I already desperately miss Huggins. How can you sell a car with messed up tint???? Didn’t notice until the next day. All door windows are defective.

    Jesus did not call when the car was completed. We had arranged that I would be picking up the car 2 days after drop off, but should have received a call that the car was complete and discuss costs. I misunderstood expensive costs. Jesus DID apologize that he should have called and the woman who checked me out did find a 15% off coupon for me. In regards to work completed, I was not shown the "leaking" power steering pump or v tec spool valve. Unless you physically show me my bad parts I have to trust that you are being honest. This was my 1st visit under the new ownership. Had to turn around to get a tech to reset my oil quality indicator, I really use that!

    It took almost an hour and 45 minutes just to get a state inspection. Don’t know why. No intentions on coming back. Update: The repair ticket they commented about is apparently false, because we made our appointment for 7:45am and we were on-time. Why did it take an hour for them to check in our car?

    My family purchased two vehicles from Huggins Honda in 2017, and my experience at this service department ensured that it will be the last time we will ever purchase a Honda. It's a shame, because their sales team was actually great. I recently took my car here because my A/C stopped working. I won't bother getting into how rude the staff was. The real issue is that they straight up lied to me. They tried to charge me to fix the A/C condenser ($655) and Evac/Recharge A/C system ($478), AND they said my radiator was so badly damaged I shouldn't drive it out of the lot until I paid $820 to get it fixed. It was unbelievable how awful the experience was and I could not believe they were trying to force me to get my car fixed there by saying it wasn't safe to leave the lot unless I paid them nearly $2000. I disregarded their insistence and took my car to two different reputable mechanics the next day for a second opinion. Both stated that there was no way my radiator needed to be replaced or that my car wasn't safe to drive. I did get my A/C fixed perfectly too by one of the mechanics. The total? $457. And because a picture is worth 1,000 words, I'll include a photo of the radiator. That tiny dent near the bottom right corner is what Huggins said made my car unsafe to leave the dealership unless I paid them $820 for a new radiator. Of course, had I gotten the A/C fixed there along with my radiator, I would have also paid $1,133 instead of $457. To be so blatantly lied to at any time is awful, but in the midst of a global pandemic it is just disgusting.

    The fiancé and I went to Huggins Honda today. Went to see if they had small SUV’s and sure enough Hailey Owens was able to find us the right color and size. HRV. Black on black. We were in and out quickly compared to other experiences elsewhere and this was a No pressure environment from Hailey to even the finance dept. We loved our experience and will hope to purchase here again when the time comes.

    Great Honda Dealership with best sales people!!! I bought a CRV in 2018 from Nume and went back for a Ridgeline today. This time I had a whole team of wonderful and well mannered people help me: Emmanuel Corpus, Nume and New Car Director Dan Smith. I will definitely be back for my next car and would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

    I continue to have wonderful experiences with Huggings Honda. From the first second of the phone call where I scheduled my service appt all the way to the last second before I drove off after my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. If I tried, I couldn't have improved any step of the way. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Although I was saddened to learn that Aaron Constantine no longer is employed here ( he was my first, and for a long time, my only service advisor that I trusted), the level of sincerity and excellence that I have received from other service team members (Diamond, Jakoby, Javier) have convinced me that it wasn't JUST Aaron. It's ur entire team. Gold star Huggins Honda!!

    Really liked the service here. All maintenance was performed as discussed. Service coupons took a few dollars off. My Service Agent Grant was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I like this place for both sales and service. I bought my car here, too.

    This is my favorite Honda place I have been to. Elisabeth French is my go to service team member. She is the best of the best. Professional, Exceptional service, and a welcoming smile. The sales team here is also extremely helpful and not pushy! I just bought my 3 vehicle from this location and will absolutely keep coming back

    The quality of a car, the dealer who sells it and the salesperson can be measured by the number of times a specific customer returns. I have returned to Honda, Huggins Honda and sales person Hailey Owens for several years. They are the best.

    They only get 5 stars from me for the great service Elizabeth French does while I was there. She has a great attitude, always with a smile and very professional. If she could be my primary advisor, I’d go to Huggins for everything car related. She kept me informed with the worked being done and other work that needed to be done after vehicle inspection, great communicator! That constant line of communication is very important. Love her professionalism! You can tell she likes what she does and isn’t there because it’s just a job.

    Nume and all of the Huggins Honda staff were patient and helpful during the car buying process. I've purchased 3 vehicles now at this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else because of the quality of service!

    Had a battery replaced on 12/18 and on 12/21 our Honda Odyssey would not start. When I opened the hood the positive cable was completely off the terminal from not being tightened. Had driven the vehicle over 200 miles and fortunately the cable did not come completely off while driving. Taking the vehicle back on 12/24 to have the battery checked.

    I made an appointment for 3:30 for my cars starter to be checked because my car has been struggling to start and when I showed up they said there wasn't enough time to get it done. The service rep was rude and didn't believe I ever had an appointment to begin with. This has happened at burleson location to. I set an appointment for my car to be detailed and when I arrived they said there wasn't enough time to get it done. Even though I made an appointment both times. So basically the front desk people have no idea how long services will take and are wasting peoples time. I will never go to any Honda Dealerships again to service my car.
