    Customer service is outstanding. I’ve done multiple Auto loans through this Credit Union and it’s the best financial institution I’ve worked with. Gage Hernandez has been my Loan officer and he has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this Credit Union and I continue to send them my business along with referring friends and family.

    After spending the past seven or eight months looking for the perfect new car I finally found it and received it yesterday. Linda Howard at Mobility Credit Union patiently hung in there with me throughout this experience and helped me to find a great car and a great deal, and then arranged for a loan through Mobility Credit Union. I can’t thank Linda and the folks at Mobility enough for their help, including my late-night texts to Linda the night before I got my pretty, new 2022 Toyota RAV4. You guys are awesome!

    Their co-op share bank branch services are suspect at this credit union. I used this cu to withdraw cash as normal, with a DL and transaction slip one time without any issues like I have done numerous times at other credit union share branches. Used Mobility CU a second time for a cash withdrawal with the usual form and DL and was told I needed to have my id on file. Never been told that at Any Credit Union shared branch service center. Ever! Their business practice is shady and Not to be trusted. Neighborhood CU, Delta CU and Corporate America CU are professional and provide great customer service for their share bank branch customers. Proceed with caution at this "credit union."

All credit unions that participate have to oblige by these set rules.     My husband bought a new car and worked with Gage Hernandez at the Irving location. Gage did a great job working with us on the car loan. He was professional, respectful and prompt. He did such a great job, we decided to also use them for my daughter's first car loan! We used Mobility for several years and have always been happy with their service!

    I was recently able to get a personal loan and an auto re-finance loan done at the same time. I worked with Linda Howard/Justin Stuart and they were both awesome! They were very helpful, I saved quite a bit of money and it was all done in a very timely fashion. I've had a checking/savings accounts with Mobility CU for years as well, way better than any banks. I highly recommend them and this institution for all your financial needs!

    I am a new member. I've been trying to make a car payment for 3 weeks now. I don't have my account number to enroll online. All mail correspondence doesn't have my entire account number. I've called numerous times, the call fails EVERY TIME!! I've texted a number that was given to me from the dealership, it stated that I was put in a queue and I haven't heard from anyone. They sent an email letting me know that my payment was due, I emailed back asking for my account information...no reply. I'm NEVER late on payments! This is ridiculous and it's hurting my credit score.

    We recently purchased a vehicle and dealt with Gage Hernandez in the Celina Branch for our financing. He is so professional, knowledgeable, efficient, personal and caring! Gage has been our loaner officer for other purchases, and he makes it so easy! There are not enough words to say about how happy we are with his service!

    They are impossible to get hold of, after so long they come on and say with a recorded message "Thank you, someone will return your call" it never happens. My complaint is I paid off my car in early May, the payment cleared my bank on May 17, 2022, today is 6 weeks later and I still don't have my title, the few times I have got through to them, they say wait another week. Originally I was told 2 to 3 weeks and as I said we are on week 6. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use these folks to finance a vehicle and if you do have one financed and you pay it off, go to their location and pick up the title or you may never get it.

    Fred, thanks for being a member with Mobility Credit Union. Based on our policy, the electronic title was released 10 business days after the loan was paid off. At that point, the state mails the title to the title owner. We contacted the state and learned the paper title was printed on June 21, 2022 and should be delivered to you within 7-10 business days.     This is the third time we can used mobility and I cannot say enough good things. Easy process / approval - best rates around and great customer service. Gage has been always on top of our financing and currently overlooking my new car purchase. Always keeping me informed with emails, calls and showing me appreciation for his client.
