He was super helpful, friendly, and gave me a competitive interest rate. Cameron and his assistant were also very attentive throughout the whole process and quickly responded to any questions I had. As a first time home buyer, I felt completely supported by Caliber Home Loans.

As first time home buyers, Jennifer made the process go very smoothly. She explained everything to us that we didn’t understand and was also so supportive throughout our long journey of finding our home. Even if she were not at her computer (we always had questions on weekends), she would let us know, but would have a response to our questions within a couple hours. Would recommend every single day.

Phil is absolutely amazing to work with. He responds to every question and email with speed and kindness. His knowledge about how mortgages work is absolutely invaluable for the house buying decision making process. Good communication working with Rhonda and Destri. They made it easy for us and were very patient with my questions. A couple things to improve on: Interest rates were higher than other lenders, if our estate agents had not recommended Rhonda so strongly we would have gone elsewhere. Luckily she was able to match. There were some mistakes made by the 'system' where certain amounts changed from one disclosure update to the next. If I, or Destri, had not noticed this would have cost us a lot of money. Caliber 'system' needs to be improved.

My loan officer Randi A, was amazing! Unlike other places where they were slow to respond or used pressure tactics, she was honest and upfront right away telling me what she could offer and providing and explaining helpful information as I made the decision on choosing a lender. Then when I chose Caliber she continued to provide the same level of service. Responded very quickly to all my questions. Went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and informed. And did her magic to break down barriers to get to closing on time. I can only speak to my experience with her and her team but it was as effortless as a home buying purchase can go!

No surprises, just a lot of ease. I spent two hours on the phone with one lender; their process took me 15-20 mins. I have NEVER had an easier experience with the mortgage process than with Caliber, Tony, and his team. Highly, highly recommend and would/will do again.
