This is a great shop. They have all types of firearms for a variety of needs. They have ammo and all types of accessories. If you don't know much about firearms, they are extremely helpful and friendly. If you have firearms to sell, they offer the very reasonable money for your used guns.

The new shop is better than the old. And the lady who helped me was very helpful I wish I had got her name but she did a wonderful job helping me and being patient with me. I appreciated it very much. Continue doing a wonderful job. If it helps she had a boot on her right foot because she broke her ankle. But she was a trooper.

Extremely rude management - they literally cursed me out and called me cheap, wack, and a number of other profanities that I cannot repeat. I can't fathom how the place has such high ratings but I suspect many of them are fake - pay attention to the timestamps and notice many are from the same dates. The place is completely shameful and management (owner?) has an anger problem and is a danger to himself and others. Not a good look for a shop that sells so many lethal weapons. Buyers beware and stay away.

MMP Guns and there staff rock. Since there move and getting settled I am able to see more of there inventory. I have purchased multiple firearms and have used there FFL to receive firearms with NO problems. There knowledgeable staff are helpful and fun to deal with. The guys there have been top notch every time I’ve gone in. I’ve purchased 3 guns from them and they are super informative. A few times I’ve had lowers sent to them that I’ve purchased online. They didn’t even charge me because I’m a Air Force Vet. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a excellent selection if your looking to purchase a firearm. I sent my mother in-law(We get along lol) there to get her AK47. She was happy with them as well.

I like going in the store to just browse around, to see the unique different items they have. The gun selection they have is awesome. As far as jewelry goes. WOW. . I even happened to find a Gorgeous necklace my grandmother had. To bad it was on hold already. Although I think some of the staff should Treat the customers a little nicer. Not so Rude and more respect. Not everyone understands the laws and how everything works with gun purchases. Let alone the gun itself. Take your time with the customer and don’t rush.

For the lowest transfer fees around they will ship your selection into their store. Like movies, tools , instruments and electronics? They have alot to choose from. Like beautiful and carefully inspected jewelry, they have you covered?! When you shop there you'll understand why they've been in business for so long! I'll keep coming back, no two ways about it!

Purchased lawn mower from these gentleman which arrived in a fairly timely manner but not only did it not work the box looked like it had been dragged through downtown Baghdad. Even the box holding the battery inside the box was damaged. Charger and power cord were literally “thrown in” and there were grass clippings around the bottom of the deck. Manuals were also just stuffed in the box loose. Did I mention it was sold as “new”? Long story short, it’s going back. Now I hear you guys are thrilled that you get to charge a “restocking fee”! Based on what I’ve seen, this is not the first time this unit has been restocked. BTW who “restocks” a broken lawn mower. Cc: Phoenix BBB

The store's great it's not a cluttered mess even though I mainly shop in the gun department the staff is knowledgeable and ready to help you with any of your firearm needs or questions. Also Any of my friends that I've sent there have always been happy With their fire arm the service and the prices. I have Bought a bunch of firearms myself already And will definitely be going back to one of my favorite shops in the Phoenix area.

I purchased my first gun I went in not really knowing what to buy and they helped me choose something that fit me. I was kind of nervous because I am in the middle of transitioning my ID still says Conrad but my preferred name is Alexis and my address was also not current. But even after them figure it out because I don’t look like my ID they’re very professional very courteous did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. They just let me know what I need to do to correct my ID and made the process very easy and I really appreciated that everybody was really nice and it was very easy process I am very happy and I will go back again for future purchases.

This is my go to spot for all my firearms needs. They have a huge selection with great prices. Ryan and Henry are super friendly as with all of their staff! The owner of this joint, chose wisely. But, be warned... your wallet will hate you, but you'll be smiling on the way out!

I’ve been a customer of Jose’s for several years now and can’t begin to tell you how greatly satisfied I’ve been with his service. I would estimate that he has guided me through the purchase of at least a dozen firearms, ranging from pocket pistols to .50 cal rifles, with no regret on my part and recommend that anyone speak to him when shopping for a new gun, but, I would especially refer newcomers to the sport to him, for a practical, informative, and no pressure experience when buying that first firearm. Came here to look for a decent 1911. Found the perfect fit after looking and holding quite a few. with NO pressure from them to sell items like your typical gun store. This is a great place, extremely friendly and helpful. I've been going here for four years now, I've bought multiple fire arms, traded in firearms and have purchased grips holsters and nights sights. They even installed my sights and did a great job. Honestly I can't say one bad thing about this place.

I have never had a bad experience going in there to buy sell trade or pawn. Also their gun prices are extremely hard to beat on brand new guns, even guns they don’t have in stock they can get. I recommend this shop to everyone I even keep a stack of cards on my desk for people to take when they’re looking to buy new firearms.

I think that the store is great and the staff at the front counter always say hello to me when I walk in the store. The guys in the weapons selection of the store are very knowledgeable about firearms. The customer service is GREAT!!!!!!! I have pawned several items and also purchased two firearms and many accessories. There prices on the firearms and accessories are competitive with the local gun dealers in the valley. Awesome place to get top dollar for your items when times are tough and you really could use a leg up. The guys at mo money treat you with respect and help you get in and out quickly with cash in hand for whatever expenses are thrown your way. I have had an item in pawn there for 7years now. That is the only reason I still have it. I didn't pawn this item for the money but pawned it for the security. I love the new store and it's streamlined and professional service, the staff is always polite and knowledgeable and I will miss this place when I finally retrieve my beloved item. The new showroom rocks and if I want ice cream I can go to Circle K next door. Keep doing what ya'll have been doing for some of us it's a perfect fit.

Cheap ffl transfer but some the staff slightly put me off. If a 15 dollar ffl transfer interests you this is the place. The people who worked in the firearm section of the store were excellent, a few of the other employee's were less than helpful unfortunately, having said that I still rate it 4 stars. I'm not really a fan of Pawn Shops in general because the employees tend to be rude and not helpful. That's not the case with MMP. They are friendly and very helpful. I actually look forward to going there. I live about 35-40 minutes away from them but will always choose them above closer locations.

I have had two bad experiences with them first I bought a rifle from them a 1911 Swiss in 30-30 when I got it to a range found I could not get it to camber a round and lock into battery. Took it to my gun guy he said had I shot it , it would have put the bolt into my face hurting me really bad or maybe killed me. The next one was not nearly as bad I ordered a gun on line it was delivered Monday it's now 2:40 pm Thursday I called them and was told to wait for their call. I don't know who Adam is but why you didn't just log it in right then I don't know.

The new building is very nice, the firearms side has greatly improved and is much easier to move around in. Selection is huge and the staff are fairly knowledgeable. I use these guys as my NFA dealer. Go buy a silencer today!

Honestly I never feel so discriminated and ignored on my visit this pass 31 of diciembre 2021at 300pm by the guys was front counter over the tools and TV sides, I was in line waiting for my turn, and i see them know i was there and just jumped over me to help the other person, me standing there waiting them to be help, they jump over me like 5 times, helping the next person after me, and when no body in back of me, they just continue working still knowing i was standing there, because when they see that I was looking at them they just quickly move there look at me, keeping ignoring me, after 30 to 40 min one of them ask me, if i need help? I pay 3 receipts to stand the time of payments $850 dollars , 1 from jewelry, where thats fine, and the other two from electronic , the same guys that discriminated and ignored me, where I don't know why they do 2 separate receipts from what i paw with them at the same time, making me pay more interest money and more money,, . I really feel so sad and kind of angry of there abusive and discriminatory service i experience with this store, , they don't know everything that I have to do, to collect the money 850 just to pay the interest for a extension to pay again the same interest 850 and the loan1900, and not only me, everyone sacrificed the same way, . Plus taking the bad experience from this employees guys, I feel bad posting this, but honestly never have when thru something like this in my life, making me feel miserable and discriminated.

I'm truly stunned by the people at this place. My wife's father made a mistake on an eBay purchase, and we had a problem when we contacted the eBay guy which is ran separately than the store. However, after we got in contact with store boss, he blew us away. We had considered not even going to the shop, or not even contacting them to begin with to resolve it, but I'm so thankful we did. He showed us a kindness I can honestly say I rarely receive, an experience once in a blue moon. This is a one of kind man. I'm so used to dealing with belligerent people, and having non-stop confrontation to resolve matters. Not only did this guy make it right, he went WAY beyond making it right. This isn't just a good business, he's a good man. If you have business to do with a pawn shop, do it here. I have purchased several guns from this place (3) and have spent thousands of dollars. Generally, the poor customer service had not been an issue up until I went to go pay the remainder of my layaway for a gun that cost over $1000. In short, when I went to go get the gun out of layaway there was a guy named Adam at the front who had to do my background check. This guy was extremely rude, came off weird, rude, and combative. During the background check he began asking me a lot of additional questions that I have never had to answer during my first two purchases. It was almost as if he suspected my information was fraudulent or something or maybe because I am a person of color. During this transaction this Adam guy was EXTREMELY hostile and lacked some very basic customer service skills. It was as almost as if I was the problem as a customer spending $1000. At one point, the guy had even rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to give me a call when the background check had cleared because I was not going to stand and wait around for an hour in the shop during a pandemic. In short, Adam is a new employee that should not be working with ANY customer or in customer service. This is 2021 and you will see more people who look like me buying guns - GET USED TO IT! Also Adam - just because you have a firearm on your hip doesn't give you the right to think you can treat customers in any way. Get another job that does not involve customer service skills because you CLEARLY lack them! Stop hiring individuals with seemingly anger issues and who can't exhibit a little emotional intelligence. Not good when firearms are involved. And don't forget Adam - my hard earned money that I CHOOSE to spend in this shop helps pay your salary.

Be careful with this vendor. They truly don’t deserve any star at all. I had to put one due to app’s requirement. I purchased the Milwaukee 2572B-21 12V M12 airsnake drain cleaning air gun kit with case - New. I received the product on Sunday and I noticed the product was actually used when I opened it. I decided to test it out to see if it works. It turned out the trigger won’t shoot the air out, so it was defected. I then decided to return it the very next day. Two days later this vendor refunded only 50%. I questioned them why. They said the “item returned was not in the same condition.” That’s not right. If they let consumers know they’re going to keep 50%, I wouldn’t buy it in the first place and I would not have to go through the hassle to attempt to work with my financial institutions to get the remaining refund. Unfortunately, they denied my claim so I lose out 50%. I was unlucky for engaging with this vendor.

I’ve been here a few times for FFL transfers and to buy some accessories, every time the service has been excellent. They’re always busy so there is a little bit of wait but I would rather go there than anywhere else. Definitely recommend them and will continue to go there for everything I need.

these guys are thieves they sell fake item I took it to get appraised and it was 100% fake I showed them that and they have the pictures of the item before I left the shop and when I came back they know it's fake and they still won't honor 100% thieves

The gentleman in the jewelry (hate that I forgot his name) was very helpful. I told him the gist of what I was looking for and he pointed me to the perfect piece. He was patient while I looked at every tray he had in what I was looking for. I sold broken gold necklaces and was given an excellent store credit (my choice, they also pay cash) towards my purchase. I will definitely return as they have a full inventory.

This place is awesome. They have a huge selection of tools and jewelry and firearms. Pricing is fair, especially on things you’d want to buy in person like jewelry and firearms. The ammo selection is superb. It’s truly better than any big box or even stand alone gun shop. Typically they make a good deal if you buy with a gun or get a bunch. They’ve even had some smoking sales for otherwise expensive calibers I rarely see on sale elsewhere. I also took the CCW permit class they include with any gun purchase. Adam was a solid instructor and fun in his presentation. He goes over it well and it’s fast paced. Also remember, the class is included but there are outside fees for the permit they don’t control.
