They were fast and accurate and got many a nice return. One of my friends referred me to Liberty Tax and I am very pleased.

IMPORTANT PERSONAL CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION BEING EMAILED TO WRONG PEOPLE!! If I could give zero stars at this point I would. The service was friendly and quick. The issue I had is with personal information (FULL TAX INFO, SS#, FULL NAMES, NUMBERS, ADDRESS, CHILDRENS INFO, ECT) being Emailed to the wrong party. I requested my tax packet be emailed to me because she said printing it uses alot of paper so I agreed and I was emailed SOMEONE else's WHOLE TAX PACKET AND INFORMATION. IbimmediatI i called back and told her and told her I felt very uncomfortable with the thought that because of what RUSHING ? That mine and my Son's information could have or will be "accidentally" sent to someone else. She brushed it off with a laugh and asked me if I could please delete the other person's information. How is that supposed to make me feel better?!? Plus her AND MY LAST NAMES ARE DIFFERENT NOT SIMILAR .overall I will NOT be going back and I feel the breach of confidential information is serious and should be addressed. Would not recommend 16th St and Indian school location or LIBERTY TAX in general.

Very friendly people and great service and Narda is awesome

I started going to Liberty Tax Servicer roughly 10 years ago .I was making minimum wage plus commission at the time the personal treated me with dignity and respect last year i went in i was making over a quarter million dollars. I was treated with the same dignity and respect. Thank you !

The service is 5 star and the people there are really helpful and they know what they are doing. Mrs. Leyva was amazing in helping me figure out my problem with my taxes. I highly recommend this place above all the rest. I know, what customer service is all about. I do that for a living. Thank you Liberty Tax Services on Indian School Rd.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL tax preparation office I've ever dealt with! Went in on a Friday, they needed until Monday to "double check" them and said they would email then. Nothing! After leaving messages all week to find out what was going on, they claimed there was a "personal emergency" which prevented them from doing the check until Wednesday and "we didn't even think about contacting you to let you know and we are so busy during tax time that we have to make up for lost time with our families over the summer" was their response! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL attitude from the first moment to the last. We didn't come to your office to pay you all that money and trust you with our IMPORTANT tax documents to be shuffled behind your family time. Sorry, but our business puts food on YOUR table and it was handled so completely unprofessionally we will never use your office again! The employee we dealt with had excuse after excuse for her lack of ability and professionalism. She made us wait two days to even come in because she is obviously lazy. She even told us that "this job isn't really for me, but my boss treats me good, so I stay." Just the hands down worst tax office in the Metro area. Avoid this place at all costs. I also think they overcharge for their services so CONSUMER BEWARE! UPDATE: Now, after several months of resending the documents to the IRS we are finding out that the forms were filled out WRONG! Do not use this office. They have no idea what they are doing and are impossible to get a hold of to get anything fixed.

Narda was wonderful and knowledgable to work with. One of the best tax preparer I had with Liberty Tax in Phoenix. I don't enjoy tax preparing seasons but she makes the tax process very pleasant. The environment is clean and peaceful feel. Wish all tax preparing places feels that way. I Highly recommend.

Tolga and his employees were wonderful! I would recommend them over any other tax place. The prices are fair, and they welcome walk ins. I'll definitely be sure to use them every year going forward.
