    This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I wanted to close out a CD and put it in a checking account. Being disabled I wanted to just do one trip, so I called ahead and spoke to various people while being transferred around. They said to go into any branch and it could be done in one trip. I went to this branch with nobody to ask the process at the bank the only people available were two tellers. After waiting in line (standing on one leg) with four people before me, it took 30 minutes to get to a teller and be told I need to make an appointment next week. By this time there were 8-10 people in line behind when I left to return another day. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would recommend anyone not us use Bank of America. I would highly recommend Desert Financial Credit Union who I primarily bank. I have never over the past 30yrs had anything close to this poor service. By the way, the teller was very nice and did what little she could do.

    Worst location ever, went directly in at opening time. At least 15 people came in also, they only had one teller so stood in line for over 40 minutes. Very frustrating. I asked about more tellers and they said they only have one for today but in reading reviews it seems they never have more than one. Don’t come to this location unless you have time to waste.

    Teller was more worried about talking to her friends than letting me know that my work check would be on hold and lying to me about not being able to cash it and then having to deposit it. She told me that I was not able to cash it with no explanation. You call the phone number available and they hang up every single time. Called corporate and was advised otherwise.

    Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t cash my check with no explanation. I have over $4000 in my account and the check was for $650 from Capital One. Bank manager said he would help but lied and walked away. I called customer service who was very pleasant and they said they didn’t see a reason for this. I’m going to try another Bank of America branch.

    Visiting this store sucks the soup out of you. There is usually only one teller and the line is up to the entrance. It’s obvious the manager of this bank has no idea what they are doing.

    Middle of the day on a Thursday, 8 people waiting in line, 1 teller working. Shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes. This is bad customer service.

    5/11/2022-I guess times have REALLY changed. I needed to exchange a $20 for 2 rolls of quarters. After standing in line for 15 minutes, I finally reached the teller. I gave her my $20 bill and asked for 2 rolls of quarters. This is where it gets weird. The teller asks me if I have an account with BofA. I said NO. She said 'well, as a courtesy this time, she would make the exchange'. What courtesy? Making me stand in line for 15 minutes!? Making me feel like a creep for not having a BofA account. Elizabeth Warren is right; banks have gotten too big for their britches and have forgotten where their right to do business and funding have come from.....the AMERICAN people. I will NEVER have an account with BofA......ever!!

    Roger was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very welcomed as I entered the bank. I really admired the way he was courteous to everyone that entered the bank. Thank you for having him on board he really does make a difference

    Worst location to use if you are in need of any service. Wait time is insane, mangers take no responsibility and customer service is horrible. Should have kept the Central location and 19th avenue locations open and shut this one down!

    Do not visit this branch. One teller with long line. Manager is a robot who was hired about an hour ago. Visit different location or use other bank

    They alright here… busy on the weekends so weekdays work best. I bank here occasionally, decent staff and quick lines. The only thing is the notary services, they are booked out months in advance—yet no one was there today to help me with the one notary I had. They literally have only 1 notary for a busy bank, and they showed me that they are booked for months. FYI: If you have to pay at UPS store for notary services, save your receipt and you can call BofA, they will help you fax your receipt and will reimburse your payment for notaries at UPS. Other than that- no complaints at this location. A major plus is that they are bilingual here, so it’s really helps!
