By far the most Excellent customer service I always recieve here. They have helped me apply for Auto, life and home insurance these past 3 years so far. Misty and her team have been providing our homeowners and auto insurance for the last year. They are always responsive to answering questions about our policies and making changes when needed. It’s the kind of good neighbor service that everyone deserves.

My fiancé and I are moving to AZ in about a week and Misty has made it a point to make this transition super smooth! We had previously moved states and getting switched to another state through a different state farm office took over a month and was so difficult, but when my MS office called Misty’s, she made it a point to make it swift and easy and had me quotes within the same day! THE WORST AGENTS AT STATEFARM. Misty and Britney are so completely incompetent, and the rudest most unprofessional insurance agents ive spoken to. Considering they are INSURANCE agents, you would think they know that when a car is towed, there is storage fees and it would be helpful to know if thats something that is covered or not. As your agent, its their job to inform you of your coverage, but they dont. They do the bare minimum, and dont give you details about your coverage, but expect you to know as if its common sense. Misty even went as far as saying its not her JOB to tell me whats covered and whats not. Then, when you try to speak to them about it, they are defensive and condescending. They dont try to offer any type of solution. Might as well go somewhere else like Geico, cause you wont have an insurance agent and if you come here its essentially the same thing. Worst experience ever. Dealing with them has been more stressful than the actual accident. Ever since Misty took over this office, a lot of people have switched to different agents and i can definitely see why. Save your time and stress and go literally anywhere else.

I went to the State Farm office today 01/17/2022 on University and Lindsay, let me tell you it felt like I was in and out. The lady there that was helping me was really helpful and responsive, she got me what I needed set me up with my payments, answered any questions that I had for her. Thank you very much I will continue to keep doing business here .

Currently relocating from California to Arizona and needed to transfer over auto and renters insurance between State Farm agents. The process couldnt of been any easier and helpful. We all can agree moving sucks but the great service provided by State Farm Insurance made it a very worry free and a smooth transition. Breanna was my agent and she was so helpful and took the time to explain all my options and make sure to find the right one for me. Excellent service. Most importantly when you need help with either a claim or another issue concerning your insurance, a call to this agent gets you immediate assistance to resolve the reason for the call. Your insurance is as good as the agent you have. In the end they can not only save you $$. This agency checks all the boxes.

Totally awesome! This was a great choice ! I've looked at other agents in the area and Misty was the only one that was open on a Saturday. I had looked up reviews on yelp to see if this was a good place to go and I was very happy with the customer service quality of care and friendliness of the agent. I was very surprised that Misty herself was actually there and took care of me. This was a state to state transfer and Misty made it very easy. Misty and her team was very inviting and they gave great gifts for everyone who transfers their insurance over from their previous insurance with them. State Farm is now offering loans for new cars banking homeowners insurance renters insurance and their prices are very competitive and actually cheaper than other places. I highly recommend this state farm location for anybody that's in the area of Mesa Chandler Gilbert Phoenix you will definitely be happy with the services and Misty will go out of her way to give you the best deal especially if you have went to another agent and their prices were higher she will definitely give you a comparable rate I highly recommend that you contact them and you will be very happy .
