What a joke for a company! Went in to pay for my property to be released and was cussed out by the owner GREG! He went above and beyond to make sure I will never come back. He is lucky he didnt meet my husband! You DO NOT disrespect the people that pay your paycheck!! I will be passing this on and they will reap what they sow I promise that.

Came there to sell some gold in October 2020 and upon entrance was forced to takeoff my mask. I don’t really believe that to be appropriate especially during the pandemic. I understand it being a choice but being forced to not wear one? Seems childishly defiant and VERY unprofessional. I definitely will not be returning here. Super pawn two minutes down the road was very friendly though! I highly recommend them.

They won’t sell you any jewelry in person. Only online. That’s got to be the dumbest thing I’ve heard. You can’t even see it in person.

Today I spoke to someone at the main location. I believe it may have been the owner because he sounded extremely cocky and ignorant. Did not let me explain that I have a recording of “ Nick” former past employer that was fired for bribing guest to post a yelp review in return for a discount on the accumulated interest witch estimated to be around $40 on my agreement when I ponded the gun. I had voice recorded the entire situation and you can clearly hear Nick telling me to go on yelp so I can get discount lol Anyways long story short , my dew date was on 10/05 Wednesday. I called and asked for Nick before the dew date. He was not there. They said he would be in the following day. I call no luck to be found. I was going to save $40 in the interest so I figured hey I’ll wait until Nick returns on the weekend as stated by the other person that was covering for him. I than call back to pick up my gun at this point because it wasn’t worth waiting, I have the cash but by than you guys switched over Owners. I am sorry if I have stressed you guys out by calling so much recently, however I feel as if I have been ripped off. With all respect I paid $600 for that gun and have a receipt I can provide. I borrowed $125 lol never saw my gun back. I can assure you that I have called once a week for past month and everyone confirmed that my fire arm would be returned once the license was approved. Today I spoke to someone over at the main location and turns out my gun is no longer there ? I will drop all civil law suite against you guys if you can just assure that I will have my gun returned to me as I just paid $7.50 for the ticket 2 days ago lol I am a bit frustrated:(

Have went to this pawn store for over 3 years. Never lost anything we normally deal with a young gentleman. Today went in to pick something up and the the guy there today Greg who is I guess one of the owners was rude. Disrespectful cursing at the customers. Won't ever be going back.

Best pawn experience! I've been coming here for a long time and Joe and Zack are always fair and honest with all transactions. Anyone would feel comfortable walking in this store and leaving with the satisfaction of knowing you have been treated honestly and respectfully. I'll be back many more times in the future and would never go to any other pawn shop.

These guys will tell you one thing over the phone and then lie to your face after you’ve driven there. Waste of time, not worth the trouble, terrible place.

A few things i always like with any business one would frequent is familiarity and smiles and hands down thats Joe for ya. I recommend to anyone ane say keep up the great service
