Recently used this service to take care of some issues. I was able to get new tags for a vehicle and a new title for another. Was very easy to work with the staff. I mostly did everything online, minus dropping off the title and picking up the tags. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, no negative attitudes or intimidating methods used at this small businesses. If you need to deal with titles, taxes, registration, etc. these guys can save a lot of drama! Highly recommend. Thanks a lot guys!

Came to this company to help get my car licensed. I can't believe I didn't know a place like this existed!! Never waiting in the long line at the county collector's office or the DMV again. Well worth the small fee they charge.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish, they should be subsidized by the state for making the DMV painless. To start my experience, I had questions about getting new plates (what documents were needed, etc.). They responded to my email with all necessary info within the hour. I then dropped the necessary documents off one afternoon and gave them the money for the DMV + their fee (I think it was like $25 bucks, very reasonable) and was out of there in maybe 5 minutes. They told me my plates would be ready in three days. I got there a little bit after close three days later (their hours on Apple maps read as 6PM rather than 5PM), and after realizing my mistake and getting back to my car, the owner (presumably) chased down my car, asked my name, went back inside, and brought out my plates. Process was so much simpler and faster than the DMV, and the cost was negligible. I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone I hear mention the MO DMV (I’ve only ever written one other review before, thats how good it was). The 1 star reviews for this place are from people who didn’t get their calls returned & don’t know how to send an email.

Spend nearly four hours all over KC metro at different DMVs with no luck or answers, stopped here for about 5 minutes and all of my issues were resolved! Never going anywhere else again. Thank you!

First time getting license plate and title for my car; they were very helpful and were able to give me a waiver for my first year. I recently went back to renew mine and it was literally a 3 minute ordeal. If you have all of you paperwork and dont want to wait in the DMV lines— I HIGHLY recommend this place. Will be returning for as long as they're in business!

Really easy, pull up and wait waited for an hour but that's only because I went late when they were about to close but they still worked on my car

They never answer their phone. Called them 3 times a week for two weeks and nothing. But every time you walk in there they are not busy at all. I have called literally from the parking lot and there was no customers in the parking lot of the office and they still didn't answer. Rude then they call you to tell you that your title is in. Rude when you go to get a new title, rude when you pick up the titles. The guy who is on the computer by the window has no customer service, instead of an office job, you need to be in construction, you wouldn't need any customer service there

I went through this place to get my Kansas tags switched to Missouri . Everything was good until trying to renew… there were issues with the paper work they provided for me to get my Missouri tags. Now I can’t renew them, and they refuse to help me, and it seems that Missouri DMV is confused as to how I even got my Missouri tags in the first place. There are loop holes in their system, and it’s so frustrating

Quick and easy. No lines. They do the foot work for you. They have handled all my vehicle business for the last 20 years. Highly recommended.
