Sean Monaco did a fantastic job in handling my re-finance. He was consistently diligent, very detailed and was superb on following up to make sure the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. He also simultaneously handled my Dad's refinance, and I know my Dad was very pleased as well. He went above and beyond and made it a great experience all the way around!!

We were first time home buyers and our real estate agent recommended Scott O’Connor from Signature Mortgage. I shopped around for rates a bit because I felt like that was what a home buyer was supposed to do, but Signature Mortgage came back with the lowest rate. Another place was offering to match it if I jumped through a bunch of hoops and sent them a lot of paperwork proving I had that rate offered to me, but I figured why not go with the company that was offering it up front and willingly? We have had absolutely no complaints with Scott. He gives you access to his cell phone and is knowledgeable and kind. If he doesn’t know the answer to a specific question, he’ll figure it out within 10-15 minutes and let you know. If I could sum his work style up in one word it would be “responsive.” I’m not the easiest person to work with sometimes because I like things done quickly so I can put them to rest and out of my mind and Scott was *perfect* for that. Everything with the loan was handled and ready to close over a week before closing. It couldn’t have been easier on our part as buyers, and that was thanks to Scott. Highly recommended to family, friends, strangers, anyone.
