The hours are not convenient 9am to 5 pm ???? everyone is at work during those hours then your closed on sat? Seriously extend your hours open earlier or close later or both. Then your card machines get jammed and have issues??? What is this McDonald's? Come on get it together.

they need to add more ATM there our banks have a list 2 its always out if order ! i went yesterday its pouring rain and my debit card get stuck. needed money went to other bank got charge $3 plus mission fee 2 i told the bank manager told next time to go to a other credit union ! I should take me business to other credit union and told me she will credit back the changes but never did !

Opened up a bank account here without prior bank experience. The service provided by Sandy was very helpful; she explained everything in detail and made it very understandable while also making the entire experience comfortable and quick. The rest of the staff was also nice and I had 0 issues both times I went.

Worst branch in the county. Do not go here if you are a person of color. I've come into this branch on several occasions trying to cash my check on payday and every time I have gotten the run around as to why they won't release my funds immediately. I have also gone in requesting a copy of a check beginning of March and the teller could only bring up a copy of a check from the month prior. The incompetence of the individuals that work in this branch is outstanding, and serve only to inconvenience professionals such as myself. I live in the area but commute daily to Sorrento Valley, and throughout the county for work. At this point in time, I have had to go all the way to the Chula Vista branch on Saturn Blvd. to get the help I require, completely out of my way and then turn around and head north again to get gas and then return home. I work as a courier and drive constantly, so the extra driving I am not a fan of and am considering leaving mission fed for the way I've been treated but thanks to the individuals down on Saturn Blvd., the negativity is somewhat negated. Still, if I could give this branch another lower rating , I would. Save your time, use their ATM. You'll get better results.

Sandy was great, she was very helpful and friendly. I loved their service, they were very attentive and exceeded our expectation. Definitely recommend this location, and their staff.

Came into the national city branch after being per approved for a credit card and even got a phone call from a banker to come in to get my card funded as I was walking in. Since I had spoken to a person literally as I was walking in I thought the process would be fast and simple… but NO!! The lady who I had previously spoken to ,told me that another banker named Summer would help me , well it took Ms. Summer 15min to get to me from the lobby , then I asked her some basic questions in regards to the promotion which came with the card ,which she didn’t know the answer to and had to look it up and then told that they wouldn’t be able to print any of my account information because she couldn’t find a printer ? And also that they wouldn’t be able to print out the card in that branch…then I asked her how long the card machine had been out of service which she replied to “over 2 months” then referred me to go visit a branch on telegraph canyon, which made me extremely upset because she should have started with that information and I could have gone straight to the other place instead of having to deal with this...the worst part was when I got to the Telegraph canyon branch even they were surprised she hadn’t gave me any of my account information.. overall I would not recommend the national city branch due to it being unorganized… and personally as a first time mission fed customer this was a bad experience to the point where I’m not even sure it’s worth staying there. Update: I came back to the national city branch to make a deposit and withdraw on 3/18/2022 and after asked if I wanted to sit down with a banker to talk about a pre-approved car loan and said no thank you , I asked to get a withdrawal in large bills of only two large bills. And was told no because they are low on large bills , that would make sense if it was a large amount but really they can’t spare to one or two bills? I’m so done with this national city branch. The level of unprofessionalism and attitude is ridiculous.

Sandy Baez is an insightful, helpful, and an overall outstanding employee. She made refinancing my vehicle easy. If you need a place to bank and an honest representative to help you do that, go to Mission Federal Credit Union in National City and ask for Sandy. She's outstanding– great customer service!

Debra Schwartz, you've got a great team here at this location! I've been banking with SDCCU for the past 5+ years and the culture reflected in the employees is the best I've seen! Rachelle Joy T. is the go-to gal that helped me and I'm hoping the branch will improve in a few minor things that SDCCU has so that I can fully switch over all my services. I'm very glad and excited to join and be a new member with Mission Federal!

Azalia was great today. Very attentive, outstanding customer service. She was willing to go the extra mile and help me with an issue I had with a previous transaction. I thought about closing my account but decided to keep it. Thanks for your help Azalia.

Really bad service I made 30 mins line. To change a check for job did to tell me they can’t change because the check writer not answering to verification so she take the check and tell me I have to wait for another 30 mins to say I’m sorry I can’t change?
